Rented the escooter for 24 hours. Ended up having it for about 5 more because the guy was very helpful snd gave us extra time. It was a lot of fun and a very reasonable price. Convenient to get about on and sight see. Highly recommended :)

I rented 2 scooters for 24 hours from Scooter Madness for my teenagers. Great experience. Easy to book on line. Lucas dropped off and picked up the scooters right at our appartment. He was on time and explained everything in English. Scooters worked great. I even rode one around the city with my daughter. I think this was the best way to get around the city. We had tried the HULAJ and other scooters and found them very useful at first but then as soon as they start to run out of battery, it’s a race to find another (about 20 mins max runtime) there is then also a specific area which you can stop using which means if you are outside of the city, you have to walk the rest of the way. You cannot quit your hire until you are back in the zone. We hired these scooters and they were the best thing we did whilst out here, for the price. Incredible range, much quicker and comfier than other scooters and plus hotel drop off/ Pickup is perfect. We in total travelled around 40km during the day, on 2 full charges, and spent in total around 5 hours of the 24 charging the scooters (which i’d expect) we went for dinner whilst they were charging and this was perfect. I can not recommend these scooters highly enough. Best £30 I’ve ever spent in my life! Thanks again Lukas!

Was looking for electric scooter for 24 hours rental without registration via internet and minute paying. With opportunity to get it at home for night time. And found this amazing trip company with a great free delivery scooter to my place.And the same back function at the end of my rental. All is free. You pay only for rental 150 zl by 24 hours. The best in Krakow as for me. I certainly recommend this company and will review them on my tube channel. Thx. Alex from Hungary.

Excellent, first class service from Lukas, punctual, friendly, informative and speaks great English, explained everything we needed to know. The scooters were easy to use and powerful enough on eco mode for us, but if you want to go faster you can. Fantastic fun and great way to see the city! Totally recommend this and will hire again on next visit.

My son saw someone driving around on such scooters, and he wanted to rent scooters. We went online and found Scooter Madness. Booked 2 for 2 days. And got a response within 2 min. And they were delivered to the door within 1/2 hour. Got very good info on usage etc. And when they were to be returned it was just calling and then they came and picked them up again. Highly recommended.

We booked this through our hotel, they arrived to our hotel within half hour and the man who delivered them was super helpful and shown us how to use them professionally, made sure we was all good with controls before letting us leave with them, he also gave us the choice to have them picked up earlier for a less charge if we wasn’t going to use them in the morning! Scooters were fab lasted a very long time and we explored practically all of krakow. Would HIGHLY recommend! 5* all round

Rented these out for 24 hours, and was absolutely worth it! Would recommend anyone who wants to see the city and have some fun, then to rent these scooters! The guy who delivered came to us and was on time and really nice! Came and picked them up the next day, no problems at all! 100% recommend, could scoot everywhere and have fun at the same time!

Hired 3 scooters for 24hrs and explored all the major sites of the city. They’re a brilliant tool for getting around and allow you to explore great distances at leisure without having to expend lots of energy as you would on a pedal bike. They have two modes (eco and normal) so you can ride at a speed at which you find comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company as the scooters are very cheap to hire and you get fantastic customer service. Lukas went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and efficient. He was always on time with regards to bringing and collecting the scooters and was very polite and informative about the whole process. This is the only company you need to use if you intend on scootering around Krakow.

The scooters were amazing, possibly the best part of our stay in Krakow. Scooters, which were like new, were dropped off to our hotel, with a quick demo (there’s an eco mode, a quick mode, a light, a bell, and the scooter cleverly collapses easily so can be carried). I’d say a full charge will give you around 4 hours scootering, and a full charge would be about 4 hours too- although we weren’t using eco mode so much and going up some steep hills. We took the scooters around Krakow over 24 hours (I.e down the river, around the Jewish quarter, and even to the Oscar Schindler factory where we checked them into their closet). The scooters made getting around really easy and meant far less walking! However the best thing about this company in particular was Lukas. His customer care is phenomenal, turned up right on time to deliver them and when we needed (and chose ourselves) to return them. He even gave us some sweets upon their return. He is a very genuine guy and I would 100% give him my business again. His scooters were by far the best/newest in Krakow and no problem was too big for Lukas. We wished we’d had them for longer!
