Our driver (Austin) was considerate and thoughtful which made for an easy and relaxed transfer. He communicated well and was on time with the collection and made sure we were comfortable finding him after the tour of the salt mines. And thanks Austin for coming back to return our hat we left in your car!!! The salt mine trip was awesome - unmissable if you're visiting Krakow - thoroughly recommended.

It was an amazing experience going down to see Salt mine and all beautiful chambers with sculptures. Our driver David was great he got us there at perfect time and explained everything.

Filip, our personal driver, is a lovely young man. An excellent driver with perfect english, we had interesting conversations with him. As we drove along the route to the mine he pointed out various points of interest. He walked us to the tour staging area. We would highly recommend this tour, and our driver.

Once again, our driver, Dawid, was at the hotel promptly and greeting us with warm handshakes and friendly smile. While driving to the salt mines, we had bottled water available and awesome conversations! Once to the site, Dawid escorted us to meet our tour guide and told us where he would be parked when we were finished. The tour guide knew her job well. She answered all our questions and went into specific details that were great! The ride back to hotel, Dawid once again provided us with water bottles and great conversations! Excellent!

Adrian made sure we knew exactly where we were going even making certain we were in the correct line for entering our tour. He also gave us some history of the town as well which we all enjoyed learning. Next time we visit we will be calling Adrian for all our transport needs. Highly recommend
