They are not professional at all. I haven't had ice skating before and one organizator pushed me from my back to skate faster and i fell down very badly. And had to back home in first hour. they didn't give my money back. Terrible organization.

Went on the beginners ice skating tour with my family this January and it was so much fun! + the team was super lovely and accommodating, we are from Australia so as you can imagine had absolutely no experience in ice skating but still all had heaps of fun (tip: if you know how to ski you may have an easier time). Especially for my mum, who couldn’t really get the hang of ice skating, they took her to visit a local art exhibition/cafe for the last half and she had a great time as well! Would 100% recommend if you’re visiting Stockholm as a great place to experience the local nature :)

Ice skating with Stockholm adventures was amazing ! They brought us to the best places and made sure we had an amazing time. Our guide was calm, interesting, knowledgeable and super cool. It was a great way to embrace the Swedish nature, get on the ice and do some sports !

Upon arrival at the meeting point, we were fitted with the correct boots, helmets and acquainted with the safety procedures. A short trip out of the city and we were on the ice. Anders was helpful with technique and helped as needed on the ice. We skated for a while then stopped for lunch which was part of the tour - fresh sandwich, fruit, hot tea/coffee/chocolate. A little more skating before heading back in the afternoon. I had not done a lot of ice skating prior to this but found it was easier than expected. Suitable for people of all abilities. Take a spare pair of socks to change into after skating.

This was the most incredible experience ever. We met at the meeting point where staff checked that we had the right clothing and if we didn’t, they were happy to lend it. They provided all of the safety equipment we needed and watched a safety video . We headed about 30 minutes to the lake, there were 8 people on the tour so a good number. Our guide Peter explained the equipment and skates and helped us get the skates attached to our boots and we set off. It was a surreal and magical experience, Peter was so helpful and answered any questions we had. You can regularly hear and see little cracks in the ice but Peter was assuring and made us feel safe. We stopped for lunch which was provided, along with a fire and down vest to keep warm when we stopped. Im an experienced figure skater but having never skated on natural ice before I opted for this tour and i’m glad i did. It’s different to figure skating but easy once you get the hang of it. We had loads of time skating but also the freedom to skate off at our own pace. Peter took lots of photographs of the experience and these were shared with us for free at the end. I cant recommend this tour enough and I will definitely be coming back.

We had an awesome day trying lake skating for the first time. The whole trip was so easy from start to finish. It was relaxed and catered for all individuals in the group. Our guide Peter made sure we were all equipped with safety gear and knew how to use it but reassured us of the safety of the areas we were going to. Peter was fantastic and was very willing to help and teach aswell as answering lots of skating/ice related questions from the group. Lunch was also delicious! Highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to try this for the first time.
