Garni Hotel Helvetia

We booked this hotel 2 months in advance, arrived, and it was under renovation. There was no notification. We were simply put out on the street. They suggested we go to the nearest hotels and find another one ourselves. They saw that we didn’t know the local language well, and they simply kicked us out the door. This is the attitude towards guests.

If you want to have a bad time and waste your money, book this accommodation, I don't usually give bad reviews, but this place deserves a 0, not even a star. The only thing that stands out is the location but even that doesn't make up for it. First, the lodging is closed, I don't even know why it keeps coming out. Even when we notified that we would arrive at an hour and that we did not have internet, we arrived and there was no one, a tenant of the building where the accommodation is located informed us that it was closed, imagine the surprise, when we were already leaving after an hour waiting (When This person told us this) an unpleasant lady appeared and opened the door telling us that the accommodation was closed but that in order not to cancel the reservation, she did not notify us (I mean so as not to lose the sale) imagine the scene: hotel alone, without reception, building that was noticeable It was closed, everything had a horrible and gloomy smell, a room with nothing because it was obviously closed. We met on the street with our suitcases (luckily the reservation was for only one night) and there was nothing to do the route with the suitcase because we were connecting.
