At first, I thought it was a treat, but after spending more than two hours outside and coming back, I realized that it was a problem with the air conditioning that was trying to be fixed, because it was very hot when I came back with the air conditioning showing 16° and no cooling. I went down and was moved to another room with another problem with the air conditioning, which would turn off by itself after a few seconds of starting, and so I went down again and asked for it to be checked, and then the receptionist politely said that she couldn't leave and that she would change it again, so I went to the third room, in which the smell was unbearable, fetid, a strong mix of mold and sewage. I went down and said that I would wait at the reception until she could check. So he went up quickly and went to both rooms to highlight the situations, with that my allegations were confirmed and so he put me in 903, where before I even went in, he made sure that the air conditioning was working and that I would be comfortably installed, and that was how it was. Only in this unit I would like to report that the Globo channel was not working and so I had to watch a program I was waiting for on my iPad. I would also like to highlight two people who helped me with the service, the manager and the receptionist, who I learned had been working there for a short time. I would also like to congratulate the owner on his birthday and for the pride he left in his manager, who gave me a book where I could see his experience in his business, as well as being a family man and a social influencer. The hotel is great (organized and clean). The facilities are very comfortable. The staff are very attentive, polite, and above all professional.

The TV channels and image quality could be improved. That's all, otherwise very good!!
