Charming hotel, the welcome is very pleasant, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast excellent. We took advantage of the sauna and jacuzzi and an aperitif on the terrace Rooms: Very spacious with a beautiful balcony.

Good location and great service! Rooms were good but the beds a little firm for my taste, but I would stay here again. Temps were beautiful outside, so the lack of AC was not an issue (actually turned the heat on for when we went to bed). Breakfast is no cost and is included with the room booking - and was very good!

Motel ist großartig mit herrlicher Aussicht. Zu Fuß zur Stadt. Das Personal war super und freundlich. Familie von 4 und übernachtete in einem 2 Schlafzimmer 1 Bad mit Balkon. Das Frühstück war super. Blicke in Hülle und Fülle aus unserem Zimmer auf die Berge und Eagles Nest. Einfach unglaublich

Family of 5 on a one night stay when visiting Berchtesgaden. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and the views were tremendous. Perfect location to explore the town on foot and a very nice breakfast. Room was quiet and everyone slept well. Highly recommend. Thank you to the kind staff! Rooms: Simple rooms- no refrigerator but comfortable with a hot water pot and good TV channels. Nearby activities: Almost everything in Berchtesgaden is within walking distance or a short bus ride. Safety: Attentive staff makes sure doors are locked after hours. Walkability: The main restaurants, shops, and Christmas market area are all very close by. Food and drinks: Breakfast at the hotel is very good and nearby food is excellent.

Receptionist was great! Room was excellent and clean. View from the balcony and window was breathtaking. Breakfast was first class and delicious. Staff was friendly and professional. There’s nothing they could have done to make our stay better. I will definitely return.

This hotel is well located in the city so you can explore and visit a lot on foot. There is a wide variety of restaurants around it. With the guest card you can use public transport free of charge. The hotel only serves breakfast, unfortunately it is not possible to get fried eggs, omelettes or soft eggs as part of the breakfast service. The terrace is a great place to spend the afternoon, and it's also possible to get drinks, all self-service, prices are more like those in the restaurants around it. Our room was number 303, the bathroom was not spacious, showering was a challenge. The comfort of the room does not correlate with the price, a shame.

The terrace is a great place to spend the afternoon, and it's also possible to get drinks, all self-service, prices are more like those in the restaurants around it. Our room was number 303, the bathroom was not spacious, showering was a challenge. The bed is worn out to say the least. The mattress no longer does what it should, I felt like I was lying on the slatted frame and it was in the middle because it was completely sagging. I found it very unfortunate, given the price of just under 200 euros per night for a double room. All in all nice location, offer too expensive for the service on offer.
