We went to the day spa. No bathrobes, no available body lotions, hair products, bathroom sleepers etc. We had to ask for another terry cloth. Information in advance would have been helpful, especially since the voucher comes with an entire hotel booklet (boxed). The outdoor and indoor pools were too cold that day and the team tried to heat up the water temperature. The bars and ceramics need to be cleaned urgently, outdoor pool. There are visible and noticeable black deposits everywhere. The sauna area and also the comfortable loungers were great. If we had known that we were supposed to bring the utensils described above, we would have stayed longer and ended the day in a hotel restaurant.
