Don’t bother coming to this location unless u wanna be bothered by junkies. The room we got wasn’t the worse but the sheets and the towels had hair and stains on them. We come back another day to get a room they say we’re banned and not allowed on property because of a “blanket” missing. Absolutely horrible experience not to mention the roachs and bugs

While life happens and we all have to do what we have to do, if you can pull an extra $10 or $20 out of thin air, make the sacrifice for your own comfort and safety. You truly get what you pay for here. Negligent Service The front desk staff is hit-or-miss, and when it’s a "miss," it is incredibly frustrating. Upon check-in, I was told there was no reservation for me, despite having stayed there the previous night. Rather than helping, the clerk dismissed me and told me to take it up with the booking website. It was only after I remained persistent and refused to be sent on a wild goose chase that she checked my ID again and "mysteriously" found my room. It wasn’t a system error; it was pure negligence and a total lack of desire to assist a guest. Infestation & Cleaning Issues The location is becoming infested with roaches. Instead of resolving the issue with professional extermination, management simply apologizes and switches your room. That method only works for so long because infestations spread when left untreated. While housekeeping is on top of changing linens and restocking towels, actual cleaning is not the focal point. Pet Policy & Safety This is one of the few chains that allows animals, which may be a plus for some, but it adds to the general lack of cleanliness here. Between the pests and the dismissive attitude of the staff, the environment feels neither welcoming nor safe. They say they "leave the light on," but at this location, you’ll want it on just to see what’s crawling across the floor. Final Verdict: Save yourself the headache. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere that values its guests and its hygiene.
