I think the hotel has suffered the full force of the COVID crisis. The rooms are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is aging, the bedding is a little hard, the wires from the electrical outlets are exposed and the TV receives channels very poorly. The walls in two bedrooms are very thin and you can hear everything that happens next door. During our stays the bar, room service, restaurant and breakfast room. The exteriors except the swimming pool and the garden are not maintained. The very damaged wooden deckchairs, the basic white parasols are covered with black stain and very degraded sometimes repaired with rusty nails. Rooms: Spacious but lack of maintenance of equipment. Safety: Electronic standard leaves desired. Food and drinks: Restaurant closed Bar closed Breakfast closed Closed room service.

Junior suite Room was spacious. One king size bed and one super twin bed. Bathroom also big. Big bathtub... Poor Amenities, I didn't expect amenities from southeast asian local brand hotels and resorts, that's why I brought my own shampoo, conditioner and body washer.. Swimming pool was big enough for kids. No customers was in the swimming pool area. Garden was beautiful ❤️ Staffs were extremely kind and friendly. Location is far from down town area, without car, not convenient us to go to restaurant and cafe... We had most of meal in the restaurant run by hotel. That right next to hotel. If you go Battambang with family, I recommend this resort , make sure rent a car ....

RUN AWAY!!! We’ve booked a room for 3 people with baby cot « possible on demand ». We are a family of 4. Of course no baby cot when we arrive… No 4th pillow, not even a 4th towel possible for the baby… « the cleaners are gone ». And the restaurant… such a shame… We have all been sick. Kids have throw up all night long. The first shot was in the bed. We had to clean with towels to put babies back in their bed. The following shots hopefully were in the bathroom, in the middle of the bugs, as cockroaches! So nice. The day after, at the check out, they ask us for on extra charge because of the dirty sheets and towels… Seriously?! They serve tainted food, then charge guests because there’s some vomit in the sheets… well pretty good business model! For a lower price, you can go to The Sanctuary Villa. There’s also few bugs ;) but the food is very good!
