Business trip, male, non-smoker The room was a king size bed, but overall it was good. As it is a residence, the room was spacious and had a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, etc. It is old, but clean. Drinking water is available in the lobby. I did not eat out nearby so I do not know, but from what I saw on Google, it seems to be available. You can buy some food and drinks in the lobby. It seems a bit pricey though. Room: I did work on the computer, but the desk was spacious, there was a business chair, and a sofa to lie down on. There was also a dining table and chairs. Since it is a residence, there was a kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils and tableware. There was also a dishwasher. If you need chopsticks, it is better to bring them. There is a supermarket that sells Japanese ingredients a few minutes away by car, so I bought something there and cooked it. The air conditioner is independent, so you can set the temperature freely. Since it is non-smoking, there is no smell of cigarettes. It is old, but overall it is clean. Bed: Large and I was able to sleep comfortably. Clean. A little soft. Bathroom: Since it is America, it is the same as the toilet and there is no washlet. It's reasonably spacious and clean. There is a bathtub. The water pressure is weak. Breakfast: Buffet. If you're not a gourmet, I think it's pretty tasty. Bread: Bagels, sliced bread, muffins, etc. There is scrambled eggs, spam, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, waffles, etc. There is also rice that is similar to Thai rice. Parking: Tower parking. I think it is rarely full. If you stay multiple nights, you will be given a barcoded ticket that you can use to enter and exit. There is a pool and fitness gym on the 11th floor, but the water quality of the pool looked questionable so I didn't go in. The view is very nice.

Our flight got delayed and we reached only at 1 AM and the staff was very kind and asked us not to rush and that they would help us check in even though the website said check in between 4 PM and- 12 AM
