Highly recommended for a wellness weekend. Everyone was very nice, friendly, and accommodating. We'll be back.

This review refers solely to the ignorance of the hotel management. So, we can't pass judgment on the hotel itself. We live in Warmbad and often take a walk in the spa park. Of course, we pass by the hotel and the thermal baths. Unfortunately, we regularly find dead birds in the bathrobe corridor area. I then wrote the hotel an email full of hope. Unfortunately, unsuccessful! Here's my email... Good afternoon. Yesterday, as residents of Warmbad, we were once again out in the spa park. Unfortunately, we found another dead bird in the bathrobe corridor. This time it was a small great spotted woodpecker! Of course, any help came too late. The great spotted woodpecker apparently suffered a broken neck from hitting the large glass pane. Incidents are now becoming more frequent at this location. We've already found several dead birds there. Among them were titmice, swallows, blackbirds, and now a small great spotted woodpecker. We would like to politely request that you address this issue and take further measures to combat bird strikes in the bathrobe aisle. Applying stickers or films to glass panes visible to birds is just one option. There are few to no adequate bird strike protection measures in place in your bathrobe aisle. You can also find information about this online or from NABU (Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union). Please help protect our native birds! In Germany, approximately 100 million birds die each year from bird strikes. However, the ban on killing under Section 44 of the Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatschG) protects all native bird species. This ban also applies to unintentional killings, such as bird strikes on glass. Thank you in advance.

The hotel is by no means 4-star. The rooms were clean and functionally furnished. There was no place to dry your swimwear. The dining area was constantly overcrowded, and the staff was overwhelmed. Dinner was a disaster. One day, my husband chose schnitzel with fried potatoes. What arrived was a shoe sole with indefinable mud. The overall atmosphere was rather lackluster. We didn't feel welcome and didn't even see a smile on the staff's faces. The physiotherapy and wellness area are worth mentioning. We've stayed in many hotels, but this concept didn't convince us, so we're staying away from this hotel chain.
