Vesper Hotel

Absolutely amazing food and such cozy restaurant and familiar feeling at the hotel. The staff is extremely helpfull and very flexible eg. check-out time! The breakfast is one of a kind - both a huge fresh buffet and a card to order from free/ eggs and pancakes, salats, fruit etc. Absolutely a high level of international standard. The seaview and the presence of the sea was stunning and the light was so energizing. The quality of the bed was amazing - slept as babies and all the complimentary water, coffee, BYREDO shampoo and creme was really overwhelming. We will definately come back. And I can only recommend this hotel maximum on all levels. Hotel Vesper is one of a kind.

A deplorable experience at the Vesper hotel restaurant My visit to Vesper was one of the worst experiences I have had at any restaurant. Although we didn't make a reservation, we chose our table and everything seemed fine until the long-haired waiter came over to serve us. From the beginning, his attitude was rude and indifferent. He barely paid any attention to us, and when he did, he seemed annoyed, as if our presence was a bother to him. We felt uncomfortable and wondered if this had to do with prejudice, since he treated other customers much more cordially. The service was terribly slow, to the point that we only ordered coffee. However, the service was so disastrous, and the wait so long, that when he finally appeared with the coffee, we decided not to accept it and simply left. We have never had such a frustrating and disappointing experience in a restaurant. I can't comment on the food because, after the poor service, we didn't even get to try it. But if the service is a reflection of the quality of the place, I don't expect the cuisine to be better. We will definitely not return to Vesper nor would we recommend it. A restaurant that boasts a certain category cannot afford to have such inattentive and rude staff. If Vesper doesn't improve its customer service, it will lose more customers like us. Kleines feines Hotel, designaffin individuell und sorgfältig gestaltet. Im ruhigen Teil von Noordwijk mit direktem Seeblick. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolles qualitätvolles Tapaskonzept am Abend. Da die von uns gebuchte Suite nicht barrierefrei war, hat man uns ohne Umstände ein adäquat schönes Alternativ-Zimmer angeboten.
