Planning the perfect children’s birthday party can be very stressful as you consider you need to please both children and their parent. Some of you may lean towards buying decorations, or perhaps doing a mixture of both. Whichever you choose, there’s no right or wrong option. Save time and find birthday decorations online, and if you decide to book your children’s birthday party at a venue, you might not need to buy too many decorations, if at all.
5. Entertainment
If you are organising all the activities and entertainment yourself, be sure to have planned many options and filled the time slot. However, if you wish to save yourself time, energy and stress, book professional children’s entertainment so that the kids can be engaged for whole party and letting you relax. Consider magicians, clowns, a mime artist, face painting, or jugglers.
6. Food
There are many options for food at a children’s birthday party, but a buffet is the best option. Remember to check if anyone has any allergies or dietary issues. At children’s birthday parties, the food always around so that it is always readily available to hungry children. For a main dish, think about simple food like pizza, burgers, raw vegetables, sausages, and pasta.
7. Party bags
Generally, these party bags are like a little thank you gift to the party guests for coming. It is entirely up to you what you decide to put in the bags. An option for a children’s birthday party is bring fantasy to life. Is there a children’s movie that your child loves? Or a comic character they really enjoy? Remember, whatever theme you go with, your whole party will be centred around that theme, the decorations, the activities, and potentially the cake. Write down theme ideas to bring to your child such as: Disney, Pirates, animals, Lego, Super heroes, Cars, Unicorns, Trolls, or even Emojis. If you decide to have the children’s party at a venue, some of them may cater for your chosen theme.
