3. Refresh the training programme
Use this time of year to review your company training programme, speak to all employees and consider where you can improve the training provided to meet the company goals.

6. Invest in healthy company activities
As we spend so much time in the office and amongst our colleagues, we should ensure that this time is not only productive but also healthy. Boost company morale with yoga classes, running clubs, nutrition support, and cookery classes.
7. More charitable ideas
One way to not only improve company morale, but improve your company's brand in the community is to allow employees time for charity work. It could be working in soup kitchens, environmental cleaning, providing company to lonely elderly people, or supplying food banks.
8. Increase integration of remote workers
Many home workers have been fully focused on working remotely for a number of years and may not know they fellow workers very well. Look at how you can improve the integration and communication of these teams to boost morale and productivity.
9. Even more focus on work life balance
The last few years has shown everyone the importance of improving work life balance. It could be amending weekend schedules, changing work from home rules, flexible hours, office child care, or providing more HR support.
10. Refresh the social team
After numerous lockdowns, remote workers, and increase in home workers, it could be the ideal time to refresh your social commitee and bring new ideas to the table.
