Keilani was very helpful during my experience. I felt comfortable with her and really enjoyed my time there! I came by myself, but still had fun and shared a laugh with Keilani

Promotional price was unavailable due to system change, no manager available and corporate number not a working number. Staffing was insufficient at best and bathrooms were dirty and poorly stocked. Doesn’t seem like they will be in business much longer.

The majority of the staff's attitude is a result of how they are being treated. I've been to this location various times and the amount of disrespect towards employees both from customers as well as management is sickening. I was at this location at least 3 times a week during the last 2 months and have spoken to various employees. I was informed that the managers curse at and belittle their employees. To be honest I was skeptical at first and figured this is probably just an angry employee but, I was wrong. After talking to over 20 employees the information is unbelievable. Bahati (Manager)- Has cursed at numerous employees. I even witnessed him cursing at an employee in front on not just myself but other families as well simply because she asked him to clarify something. I was also informed that he called an employee a B***** and was never reprimanded for it. Omar (Manager)- Was the source of a rumor involving drug use regarding the, if I'm not mistaken, previous Assistant General Manager. I was informed that he was also not reprimanded. Rayanna or Rianna (Manager)- I've seen this young lady put her hands on employees. Touching employees butts (not appropriate). When I asked employees about her I was told she's very aggressive when speaking and loves to talk to the employees like they're 5 yr olds. Desire (Manager)- This manager has been known to clap at employees whenever they're moving too slow. I have not witnessed this one myself but was told she argues a lot and is extremely disrespectful. Nicole (Previous Assistant Manager)- Didn't get too much information about her as I started this research about 2 weeks ago but was informed that she had recently resigned from her position. I was told she was super strict but not unpopular with the employees. She apparently left due to some theft regarding the general manager who is somehow still permitted to run the building. Apparently Nicole was the ropes trainer as well. The ropes crew seems to genuinely like her because they were saying they don't really do much since she has been gone. Dawn (General Manager)- This lady I've seen more than enough off. She waves employees off like they're worthless. I did witness an argument between an employee and Bahati in which the girl who he was very disrespectful towards was defending herself and when she looked to the general manager for support she was told not to speak to her. Not sure what kind of management this place has but I will not be a part of helping this place succeed especially with this knowledge. I was also informed that the ropes course inspection is currently expired. Again, I didn't believe this as it is such a dangerous thing to think about. So, I went and checked it out. I believe I went during the week when it was a bit slower and it was certainly expired. Not something I would send my kids up on since it hasn't been inspected. But hey, that's just me. Many employees mentioned that they were planning on leaving soon. It's sad seeing these young kids not happy working at such a fun place. They also went on to say that they are tired of dealing with customers because they don't feel that they have the support they need from the leaders in the building. Some of these kids have been here since the park opened last year! You would think they would say positive things about the park but all I kept getting was "it pays, so I'll stay until I find something better." If you ask me, definitely think corporate or the owner needs to get involved in whatever is going on here. Until then, we will not be back and I will spread the word so everyone is aware of what kind of business they are supporting.

I would NOT schedule a Birthday Party here, I paid for the large package, for 20 jumpers, even though allot of people signed waivers online for all the kids the adults did not, I had to CONSTINTALY look for my party planner, He never once said Happy Birthday to the birthday girl, I did not get enough water for my party, was informed that they ran out, I did not receive my one hour return jump passes for all the jumpers that I paid for, And the Birthday girl did not receive her party gift. You pay $4.00/ 2 liter and $11.00 for a papa johns pizza. I emailed the company and said my complaints I was called back with a promise that I would have my jump passes mailed to me with the party gift, I STILL have not received. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY. ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Do not waste your money! My kids left the place very disappointed. After they waited twice to do the ropes course and they couldn't due to the bad organization they have. The personnel was very rude and disrespectful as they gave my wife attitude when she claimed. They do not have any customer service skills and they all call them self managers. The manager Dawn never offered any type of compensation due to all the inconvenienced neither a real apology. Please consider other locations before using this place.

Great customer service. We brought a group in for team building experience and the staff was amazing.

Way too many people for the space and what they offer. Went for a birthday party and while my kids had fun for the most part I won’t return. They have a play area for younger kids, my son is two, no jumping just a play area with some climbing, slides and play mats. But no one was even watching it. Bigger kids were stacking mats, cubes, tubes and then pushing them over onto the smaller kids. Of course the parents are absent but there wasn’t even a staff member to enforce their own rules. The jump area which was pure madness. Again there isn't an area for smaller kids to jump so we kept seeming smaller kids being ran thru by much bigger kids. Even my daughter who is big for a 9 year old was jumping when some older high school kids ran into her dumping her head. Thankfully she’s a tough kid, no harm no foul but not everyone can take a hit like that and that was with me standing near by keeping watch. It’s pure chaos. I purchased socks to be able to stand on the purple sidelines of the trampolines to make sure my son wasn’t ran over since the jumping was his favorite part and the play area wasn’t too safe. We decided to leave after a group of about 15 teenagers came in and started playing tag running around the jumping area running over other kids. Since we were there for a party we thankfully didn’t have to wait in the huge line just to check in or even get a drink because it’s all done in one same spot. The bathrooms was disgusting, paper all over, floors wet with god knows what. Two of the four stalls were missing toilet paper. No hand dryer or even paper towels in the biggest stall that has the changing table. They have hand sanitizer stations which half of them didn’t even work. People are all on top of each other without masks. They boast about cleanliness but I didn’t see not one thing being wiped down or even clean. Kid after kid touched, sweated on, wiped snot and who knows what else on the equipment. The seating area was just the same. Even if COVID wasn’t a thing, this place is definitely a breeding ground for germs. It’s also not so enjoyable when you can’t even walk or stand with out bumping into another person. While my kids enjoy themselves for the most part it wasn’t without a couple avoidable close calls. I’d definitely rather drive a bit further out to one of the other trampoline parks with a bit more space and less people.

I could not have been more disappointed in this experience. We waited 1-hour in line. Even with prepaid tickets, waivers and socks. They needed an expeditor to keep the line moving. I also recommend having someone at the door to have people who didn’t fill out the waiver, complete that first so they are not all in the same line. I spoke with many employees and just received excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t get the line moving. Although there were several employees and managers standing around. Terrible experience. There are too many other trampoline parks and recreational activities for this one to operate so poorly.

This location is just okay. The staff aren’t really friendly and have a hard time navigating simple tasks. My friend purchased us tickets and a pair of socks. When we arrived, they continued to say she didn’t purchase the ticket or socks. She showed the receipt for everything and the kid said “ I dont know what you want me to do. It says you didn’t pay.” He didn’t even try to figure it out. After resolving that issue, he couldn’t locate the waivers we just filled out. It’s ridiculous! Same happened on our second visit. It was extremely frustrating. Both times, the bathrooms were a mess. The toilets backed up and the floors disgusting. When I told an employee, she said they can’t do anything about it. Customers are the ones that make it that way. While that’s true, they should be tending to the restrooms. The space is smaller than other places we have been and they have a strict rule about you only wearing their socks. Even if you already have jumping socks, they will make you buy theirs. When asking what the difference was since they were jumping socks ( just from another place), they said “because we want out socks worn”. It’s just another way for them to get more money out of people. I don’t like companies like that. The pricing is reasonable though. That’s really the only thing nice I can say.

The wait to get wrist bands is ridiculous, we waited over 30 minutes twice this week each, even with a membership...I also upgraded to the ropes course membership and was not informed the course doesn’t open til 4pm, we were there at 10am (the first time) so they didn’t get to use the course. The trampolines are awesome and clean and we all had a great time, but if I have to wait 30 minutes every time to get started with my three year old, I probably won’t keep my membership passes.
