This is a complete hands on cooking class. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above. You will work with other students in groups of 2
You will learn new cooking techniques that you will be able to easily create at home.
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. You will enjoy your meal at the end of the class with a glass of local Lodi wine ( must be over 21 to drink wine)

Product description
Class Description: Enjoy some quality time in the kitchen learning how to create pasta dishes from scratch. This hands-on class will walk you through the steps for making perfect pasta every time. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates as you practice rolling out pasta, then cutting, hand forming and cooking it. We will make several pasta sauces as well to enjoy with our homemade pasta.

• Pasta Sauces and Pasta - We will make 2 pasta types and sauces to go with them
