Fun time, good guide. We followed 3 manatees for like 20 minutes, saw dolphins, went through many mangroves as promised. Kayak was enough for a 13/14 year olds to maneuver. Inexperienced younger kids (<12) probably need to use a double kayak with a parent steering. 10:30 AM time was easy check in, start time, and departure with no issues or delays at all. Bring your own sunscreen, water, water proof phone bag/case if you want to save money, but they have all that there if you need to purchase.

Becca gave a great tour with discussion of the animals and birds encountered, as well as the development of the mangrove tunnel. Fun day on the water

Capt. Jack was a great guide, he kept it light, pointed out sting rays, etc along the way. The trip was a win in every respect. Worth the trip.

What a great experience! Everyone that worked there was extremely nice and informative. Our guide Susanne was awesome. Saw a manatee and nurse sharks before even leaving the marina. Kayaking through the mangroves was a one of a kind experience. Would highly recommend!

I’ve lived in Florida my whole life and have never gotten to do this. Very cool experience kayaking through the mangroves. Kayak Jack was an awesome guide pointing out wildlife along the way. If you are in the Keys and want to do something unique I would highly recommend this tour!

We did this tour as a family of six, most with limited kayaking experience. We took out 3 doubles and managed very well. Our guide Brittany was excellent, she provided advice on steering and where to paddle the kayak in varying conditions, she was also very informative about wildlife in the area. We saw manatee, nurse sharks, tree crabs on the mangroves and a variety of birds. I would recommend this trip.

The title of trip and pictures are misleading. We expected to see manatees as title of trip states and shown in pictures. The guide never mentioned manatees until we asked and then looked at us like we were crazy and said water was way too shallow for manatees and they don’t stay in same place. The paddling was brutal to the mangrove trail and back with high winds. We saw a jellyfish. That was about it. Wasn’t worth the price. Mangroves were cool but 15 minutes of them would have sufficed. The paddle there and back wasn’t fun.

We had a great time kayaking. The staff made us feel safe, the scenery was beautiful and we had a lot of fun. I'd definitely recommend this tour.
