WHAT TO EXPECT: A greeter in a purple/white uniform, holding a welcome sign with your name, and fresh leis. The greeters will meet you right before baggage claim.

Fun vacation with my husband without kids Welcoming us is very very cool We love the Lei, so beautiful
When we were telling our daughter we were coming to Hawaii, she kept saying she couldn’t wait to get off the plane and get her lei. When we explained it was only on TV like that she was bummed. Until I found Orchid Airport Lei Greeting. We were able to surprise her and she was thrilled. The young man that greeted us was so sweet and kind.
No one at the airport was there, I can only assume they don’t know how to read arrival boards But that’s life no stress just disappointed
It was exciting to see the greeter with our welcome sign with our names on it and the greeter was very knowledgeable and kind and helpful she was awesome
The Lei’s were beautiful and my wife really enjoyed the surprise as we came down the stairs and saw her name on the board.
Worst outing we had there was 4 ladies but no one had a paper with their name on welcoming them to Hawaii but me and it just had my name nothing about welcome to Hawaii. And no one took us to the baggage center he only pointed which was very disappointing. So no I would not suggest this to anyone unless they want to be very disappointed
