The tradition of a Venezuelan Christmas dinner is to bring family together by making hallacas (an equivalent of a tamale wrapped in plantain leaves) and then enjoying them together as one at the table. This dinner will turn a traditional Venezuelan holiday dinner composed of hallaca, potato salad, pan de jamon (ham bread), and a black cake into an all plant-based delicacy. A holiday dinner truly nutritious and delicious that won't leave you hungry nor unsatisfied.
