I bought a season pass again but doesn't seem the park can get it together , why is it closed during the week , it wasn't when I purchased season passes , it was open longer then 6 hours too. I won't be renewing our passes again. Last time we had to beg for our pass holder treats. It could be amazing but it's failing on providing service. The ONE day we got to use our passes was fun but too expensive to not provide what was listed when we signed up

This park is charging $95 a ticket for 7 rides - they do not tell you on the website that the water park is included in the cost of your ticket. The water park is closed. They charge you an additional $32 for parking and if you want close up parking it’s $50 but the close up parking is 3 ft from the first row of general parking. My 2 year old daughter was only able to ride 2 rides as she was under 36 inches ( they wouldn’t even allow her to ride with adult) this park is Sesame Street - it should be for all kids of all sizes to be able to ride. The interactive bubble wands are $40 a piece and only 3 of the interactive stars worked at the park. We were told we were able to refill the bubbles , however what they do not tell you is that they charge for the refills as well. We were done with the park with in 2 hours. That means it cost me 111.00 an hour for this park. We were told there were water bottle refill stations however they send you to a water fountain by the bathrooms. When I asked a team member who I can speak to about a refund they gave me the customer service support line. I had to call 3 different times and wait on hold for a supervisor just for that agent to be externally rude when I asked for a refund for all the issues we had. Told me no since we used the ticket and told me he is trying to help me. Yet the minute I asked for a higher supervisor , he stated there was not one and sea world gave him full authority to make decisions. This is unethical. Jim Henson is probably turning in his grave for for what they are doing to the families. Not only do you have to pay for tickets, but if you are a family traveling a long distance like my family, you also have to pay for a hotel. I could have paid the same and gone to LEGOLAND for 2 days with hotel included and treated better.

We went to Sesame Place on August 28th, 2023 and it was awful. I realize that this is the end of season for them but.... they are still charging the full price and less than half the rides/activities were closed. Literally most all of the water park was closed including the wave pool. The kids area was half open as in the front half with 3 tiny slides and in the larger play area ALL of the slides were closed. The lazy river was you get a tube and you all follow the lifeguard and a life guard is in the back. The real kicker was as we waited in the line towards the end of the day they took a group and there was still a short line and a very rude man came up and said they wouldn't be allowed to let us ride as it was going to be too close to closing time. Then why did they not tell us that before letting us stand there waiting? try to explain that to a child who now has no time left to ride anything else. This is POOR management at it's finest. I do understand staffing issues, everyone has them but adjust the cost AND communicate, make it known before we enter so we can choose whether to enter. All the big slides were closed too. Yellow jackets everywhere, so unsafe and uncomfortable. Food lines were ridiculous! Lockers are more expensive than Disney as is the parking. I was overcharged for drinks, got charged for something I wasn't buying and I had no choice but to take it🙄😡. The only positive part of this experience was the roller coaster ride with the short lines and maybe the short parade. We were talking to someone in line and they told us that it has all gone downhill since Sesame Street took over. I have no idea why she was even there except maybe convenience to her home. Overall this was a terrible experience, never to be done again and consider yourself warned.

This is a cute theme park. The shows are entertaining and seeing the characters around the park. The rides are simple but fun. My son wasn’t interested in the water park, so it was a really expensive day for a handful of rides and some character meet and greets. It would be nice if they had a lower priced ticket that didn’t include water park access. It would also be nice if they could add more shaded areas and water bottle filling stations. It’s hard to find a place to cool off if you’re not doing the water park.

They have a grand total of 5 water slide rides. Almost every day, two of these 5 water slides close for a lack of staff, not maintenance, just straight up not scheduling enough staff, knowing full well that they're making the experience much less enjoyable for guests. Bc of these terrible decisions, lines are longer at every other ride. They don't have enough innertubes for the innertube ride, which is almost as ridiculous as their plans to close their best rides almost every day. The dry rides are not cool, and the parade is more obnoxious than entertaining bc they shut down the main road for about half an hour before it starts. Furthermore, at the new count castle, they have three miniature water slides that are never open, at least not the 10-15 times I went this summer. Plus, the nonstop Sesame Street music starts to sound worse than nails on a chalkboard when you've been there a few hours. The food is more expensive than at Petco Park, and it's very low quality, and on top of the price and low quality, guests aren't allowed to bring in food. The decision makers are all incompetent and should be fired. And they only let 20 people in the lazy river at a time, and you can only go around one time. The line, just for one circle around the lazy river, is about 30-60 minutes long. I can't imagine there's a worse water park, except for maybe any other Sesame Place water parks. This water park was infinitely better run when it was Aquatica. It's progressively gotten worse every since Sesame took over. The free downtown water sprinklers are pretty much as good of a time as this place, and I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not.

The worst water park experience. Dreadful food, dirty water, excessive rules. Also extremely expensive and overcrowded. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

First, the most important thing is the water park in the summer, right? The new Count water park area is not fully open. None of the slides were open although there were guards to keep kids out of them. There was a long line for double tubes but not single tubes on a ride but no flexibility to increase the number of tubes. But, I could deal with those things since there are plenty of rides. The kicker was almost all the food places being out of fountain drinks but they were selling bottomless refill cups without warning anyone. The only snack kiosk without a long line had a broken fountain drink dispenser. We had similar issues at SeaWorld recently with the food contractors. SeaWorld probably is paying bottom dollar for this outsourcing and getting the quality they deserve but the customers who pay their hard earned money do not. And, when I went to guest services, they did not do anything (at Sesame at SeaWorld). Nice job with SeaWorld taking responsibility for things that happen on their own grounds.

Wow this was the most comically terrible theme park experience I could imagine. Starting with our ticket “not being valid” so we had to purchase another one online at the gate. Endless “rules” that are randomly enforced like not being able to walk a certain direction even though it’s where we came from and where our stuff was. $30 for parking on top of that? And despite it being Sesame Street themed my two year old daughter could go on one ride that was open. But her friends could not because they didn’t have a shirt on at a water park. We are local to the area and will be ensuring no one in our community gets scammed into a season pass for this ridiculous experience.

Too bad there are so many horrible reviews here. With a lot of pre-planning, we had a blast. The characters and staff were all patient and amazing with the kids. We booked Elmo's Pizza Party so we didn't have to wait in line for food. Elmo came back 3 times while we were eating to say hi to us and take photos. Cookies with Cookie Monster was also a great experience. Our toddlers had a blast dancing at the dance party. If you come here expecting Disneyland, you'll be disappointed. But it's a great little theme park for kids where everything is doable in one day. Only complaint is that the website is a bit glitchy.
