What you get
A trained instructor who holds a minimum 200hr yoga certification will come to the venue of your choice and provide a private class that can be crafted to fit your group needs, whether a warming flow class or restful restorative practice.
Your instructor will provide thoroughly sanitized mats for your use. You may also use your own mat, towel, or blanket for practice.
No props such as straps, blocks, bolsters, etc are provided, but your instructor will absolutely help you get creative with the supplies you have on hand and will offer modifications to asanas along the way.
Choose from options including yoga in the park, a local yoga studio, Asheville Salt Caves or the Botanical gardens.
Your group will be treated to the best yoga instructors in North Carolina with a true passion for wellness.
