Booked this excursion a week in advance. Showed up at the designated time only to be told by the guide that he “didnt have our reservation “ showed him the confirmation email and the access tickets that were emailed to me. This was a trip for my daughter’s 21st birthday and she was the one to suggest this. There was also a group of 3 ladies there that he also “didn’t have their reservations “ after some questions and bantering it seems he had a bachelorette group of 9 he had taken out that morning and they wanted to come back for the sunset cruise. So although there’s no proof of this we all Suspect he took the “better offer” and took it upon himself to cancel two reservations to make room for them. We walked down the marina to find another company that runs the same tour. Cruisin tiki. I would highly recommend skipping this shoddy operation and booking with them

The crew was awesome and making sure everyone was good on their drinks. We had a whole lot of fun, good music & they take requests, and we saw some dolphins of course! Will definitely be back next year

This was by the far the most fun and enjoyable experience we had our entire trip!!!! Saw so many dolphins, great music, great vibes, immaculate company!!! This was way more worth it than any dolphin tour we took as well!! The guys really cared and made sure everyone was served and had a fun time!!

Both young guys were very accommodating and a lot of fun! However this service needs to verify the times with the operators we were told to be there by 630 and the operators said not til 730,

we were running late by 5 minutes due to traffic. Captain said he would wait 5 more minutes and we got there before the 5 minutes was up and they left. $200 down the drain, but I can pay more to get it rescheduled! Don’t waste your money, plenty of better boats to go on for a better price.

The advertisement for this particular Tiki sunset 1.5 hour tour (slip 19 in Clearwater) was very misleading. The selection of beverages was very limited and they did not even have bottled water for non drinkers. There is NO bathroom. It is a bucket with someone holding a towel. If it were not for Captain Shane and Evo’s personalities, it would be rated 1. They also changed departure time by 30 minutes without communicating this. Managed poorly but Shane and Evo saved the owners. They need to be recognized by them
