Walk down the long wooden pier to get to the docks. All of the Island Head boats will be located at the end of the pier. The captain and crew will be there to assist with boarding.

The most memorable part of the trip was the sunset. The boat captain was very nice, informative and accommodating.

Boat was not the one you show on line, just a small 10 passenger boat. No food or drinks available for 2 hours on board and no narration. However, the captain did provide water. The boat ride was pleasant but not what we expected Charlene

The crew was nice however, they weren’t very helpful getting on the boat and there was a big gap between the boat snd the dock. The boat we were on was very dated and poor condition, no seat cushions and really no bathroom (they said they had something setup for emergency purposes only). For the price we paid it was not what we expected for a sunset cruise. The drinks offered were a few beers and water in a cooler.

Was worried about the weather, but it ended up being a perfect evening!!! fantastic captain, and very informative first mate!!! gave us history and fun facts along the way… please note they do have snacks, drinks non-alcoholic and alcoholic:)

Boat was almost full on an evening with near perfect weather. There was seating either in shade or full sun so that’s a positive. 360 views. Ride was smooth. Getting on and off - easy and assisted if needed but there are stairs so strollers were carried on and there were lots of families. Small selection of drinks & chips available for purchase. Saw dolphins and a bald eagle almost immediately. The reason I rated this average was there is absolutely no informational narration. I say that having been on multiple other similarly priced local tours (& elsewhere) so maybe it was my expectation error. We enjoy hearing about the local wildlife, dolphin habits, HHI history/development/resources, even an occasional joke would break up the ride. Heck, point out million dollar celebrity homes. Tell me why HHI is wonderful. We simply rode, watched the sunset, stopped briefly for occasional distant dolphin sightings, got off. If that’s what you’re searching for, this tour is perfect. If you want chatting, and not everyone does, consider other options.

Peaceful evening cruise with my wife was the perfect way to end our HHI vacation. Our group had 19 passengers and there was plenty of space on the boat to spread out and enjoy the peaceful ride. The onboard concessions had a semi-locally brewed IPA, cans of wine, Gatorade, water, sodas, and a few other drinks. As for snacks, there were a few chip selections or crackers. That is an area that could probably be improved since it is a two hour cruise. All in all, it was what I was expecting... a relaxing cruise around the water with some narration and occasional dolphins along the way.

I came out with my wife to celebrate, and we were blown away with our experience! The owners were incredible and helped make it a special night for us. They had tons of other activities that we plan on doing this week. It made our entire stay in Hilton head. Incredible! If you are on Hilton head, this is an absolute must do. Pete and Meg
