Wonderful experience! We did the 8 pm. cruise and that was the perfect time to go. We had a trainee guide and he did a great job!

John was the Best! I’ve taken this tour a few times over the years and there’s nobody more informative or funny than he is!

Guide was knowledgeable with lots of good information! It helps also that it was a beautiful, sunny day.

Tour guide did a great job, was very knowledgeable, funny, and the 45min tour was the perfect amount of time to go down the river. Great views and photos to last a lifetime.

I could not get onto the boat as we are new in Chicago and didn't make it on time to the boat and when we reached we could.not get to the parking. The parking was so far from the actual boat pickup that it took my husband ver long ( more than 15 mins) to come walking again. I even asked the people there to give me 5 mins atheist but they didn't care to wait for even a minute and straightway refused to wait. I then called the customer service to give me refund and they refused. They didn't even care to offer the boat ride on some other day. Very bad experience and will not recommend this to anyone. Ridiculous.

Was not able to take the tour because there is no handicap accessible way down to the boat due to multiple flights of steps down to get to the boat. The girl checking us in said there was an elevator a block and a half away, but it only went half way down to the boat, and the rest of the way down was more stairs. The girl checking us in also would not let us get a head start and try to slowly make our way down the steps, she said we had to wait in line just like everyone else. Tried to get a refund, but since I used Tripadvisor instead of booking directly through the company, I couldn't get a refund. Tripadvisor website also did not allow for a refund. Or rather it did, but also charged the entire cost of the tour, making it a wash.

The tour guide was excellent. However, finding where to board was hard. We went to the Wrigley address and weren't sure where to go from there. There were a massive amount of Tour boats there. We asked several people where we go for the tour and were directed to several areas. Very confusing. Better signage would be better. There were several other companies that had signage for Architecture Tours. We at first went to the wrong one. Almost missed our Tour departure. Didn't realize that the check in point was down the stairs as well. That would have been helpful. All that was provided was the address of 400 N. Michigan Ave. Needless to say, we were stressed out before we got there. We did use the parking information and saved a lot of money doing so. Again, we had to ask and find where we had to go to get our parking ticket validated.
