I was so glad we purchased admission tickets ahead of time as there was a long line for the ticket window when we arrived and we were able to enter immediately. The museum and included films are very moving.

The tour tells the story of the 9/11 day, this had changed from when we visited in 2011. The tour gives a lot of info on the buildings and people. There is a lot of info to take in.

The video about the 500000 people being evacuated from the island as well the room with the pictures of all the deceased people!

I don't recall what services were paid for only that we paid in advance. This payment was a self guided tour in which we paid extra upon arrival for the head set. Great tour... glad we reserved tickets in advance

An experience not to be missed. Very comprehensive, very moving at times. So much information to digest and well laid out and easily navigated. Learned so much that I didn't know but thought I did. Went for audio guide option which was well worth it as each exhibit could be experienced at my own pace. Thought I'd have had enough after an hour or 2 but spend 4 there and could have stayed longer. Excellent.

Very moving place, excellently maintained, spacious and cool. We took about an hour and a half to look around. Must see attraction when in NYC

I really enjoy using Viator! Whether it Is home in the USA or in Europe it has worked well for me. The 911 Museum and all of the grounds and interesting things to see in that area are fascinating and well done. Easy to navigate if you use Viator. Rented the $10.00 audio guide device at the museum and it was well worth it. By the end of the tour in the 911 museum I was so overwhelmed with the memories of the disaster that fell upon us. But it is necessary to keep history alive so it is never repeated! The people that created and built the 911 museum and all of the other memorial remembrances did an absolutely fantastic job. Thank you to all of the NYC police officers and firelighters that continue to protect the area and are so very helpful and respectful to all of the visitors.

Most memorable was finding a particular name of a victim I’ve come to know about since 9/11, as we share a name. That was my mission; to pay respect. The museum was well done and thought out. The most memorable part was hearing from survivors themselves, as they are some of the museum staff / volunteers. They told their stories. They answered questions. Very moving indeed.
