The tour info should say "assemble at main entrance to Horseshoe Casino." Otherwise no one knew where to go! Also we never got close to Arch - only saw in distance. Description made us feel we would see up-close.

The tour guide Rick was very hard to hear and understand . He wore a mask the whole time. He didn't explain which way to look. It was a very boring tour.

Nice trolley ride around St Louis. Very knowledgeable driver but needed more personality. Put most of our party to sleep.

Not a bad tour if you want to see a lot of things in a short time. My wife and I were disappointed we didn’t stop at the Cathedral Basilica like the trip description stated. Recommend updating the trip details to manage expectations. Plan ahead and arrive early because nearby parking is limited. We started our tour late because some folks were parking.

Great to hear some new stories about the city, especially related to the Olympics. Would be fun to have a notebook of pictures that could be passed around to compare to how things used to look.

It’s absolutely impossible to find out how to book to contact. The website is nonexistent. I found a photo of a photo of the bus and a phone number. When I called the person answered with “hello” as if you’re calling someones personal phone. I asked well how do you make a reservation. They referred me to some website that doesn’t work. What complicates this os I found out there are no tours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Of course, at least a minimal website presence would be very helpful but that would be too easy.

The guide/ driver was very informative and funny as he drove us around in the air conditioned trolley. Learned a lot as we laughed. Highly recommend it for one’s first day in St. Louis.
