My name is Janet and I arrived at Honolulu last tonight. My flight arrived at 10.20pm and I waited and waited for my pickup by VIP Trans. I had no internet service to call, and the company should not be take it for granted that everyone has use of there phone once they arrive at the airport. I am not only disgusted by the way I have been treated, but as a woman on her own late at night in a country I've never been is not only frightening, but very very distressing. I couldn't even make other arrangements for an uber because of no Internet access. It's only at nearly 11.30pm, I was practically one of the only person around, except, I spotted another man. He was kind enough to phone VIP Trans who said a driver would now be at the pick-up point. He was so concerned about me being alone, that he walked round with me. If he hadn't phoned then I would have been stuck at the airport all night, because there was literally no one about not even the taxis. VIP Trans run an absolute disgusting service. They have the money for the bookings, they need to make sure people are picked up, and not rely on people phoning to confirm. I am so upset to be honest I feel like just getting on a flight and going home back to London. I don't think you realise the stress of it all. I was supposed to be here to celebrate my birthday, but I am so disheartened with it now. Janet

For my travel needs I can't use this service. I tried in Cancun with an excursion and the bus was over 1 hour late. My 2nd time was in Hawaii for the airport shuttle, they greet you at baggage and then took us outside said someone would call my name we waited over a 1 hour again only to hear we were left when I called. They sent another driver to get us. This morning they were not there at 515 am and we were not taking a chance on missing our flight. Being on time is a huge factor for us when traveling as well as it shows professionalism. You were late twice so I was not risking this again.
