My wife and I spent the morning with our tour guide Marilyn. We did a walking tour of downtown Asheville. Marilyn was so knowledgable and engaged and show us many unique spots around the city and had lived much of the recent history so it was fun to learn about her experiences! It was a great morning and we look forward to reading her book about Asheville and returning for another visit soon. A great way to see and learn so much in a couple hours.

Then fact that the tour director has lived in the area for so long that was so well versed in the history and culture of the area.
