Mrs. Janet White-Dixon 3401 Dunkirk Ave Norfolk VA 23509 757-374-8696 On June 1st we rode on the Big Bus Las Vegas Hop On Hop Off sightseeing tour my husband and I was very disappointed. We were on our wedding anniversary, my husband first time on tour bus. When we got on the bus the door at the rear kept flying open, so I told the bus driver the door is open. He did not make an attempt to pull over and try to secure it, so it would not fly open. A little further down the road the door came open three more times it hit my husband twice, but he still did not stop to get it secured. So then we finally got to a stop he pulled over to fix it but he was VERY RUDE. I told him the first time no response, it was if he was ignoring me. So he came back where sitting and were trying to make us move in the sun when my husband has his skin disorder that he can't be in the sun, we told we was sitting by the air. He was VERY VERY RUDE and finally he came back there and he tried to secure it with some paper and a stop or something he had on the bus see all the pictures. I'm sending it to you let you know what's going on but we got off the bus at a stop when we had to stand in the sun with my husband skin disorder wait for another bus because he was very rude about his bus. I would like a FULL REUND PLUS COMPENSTION because his customer service was absolutely awful I was offended by him because I asked him I warned him the first time that the door was open, he didn't do anything about it then when door open two or three times again and hit my husband he didn't do anything about it he just had an attitude and got a very RUDE attitude and was absolutely rude and nasty so when we got off the bus. We waited for another bus this driver, for the Hop On Hop off site seeing tour she was very pleasant when we told her bus emergency window was broken. She stated I call it in for someone look at it and that was all, but she was very courteous when we old her the problem, her name is Desiree they call her Just Des.

We had three different guides. Our Second Guide, she was amazing! As she grew in Las Vegas, her historic references were also complemented with personal history. She gave us confidence to explore the city!

This tour allows you to see snd hear so much about the history of Las Vegas. You're able to hop off at one of the eight stops and exlpore on your own.

The staff were not welcoming... they did not greet with a smile and were not forthcoming with information and not friendly. They did not offer earplugs for information and I saw most people did not take any so they were not getting the sight seeing information. The bus travelled too fast and did not give enough notice or time to see the special sites and take photographs.. Very dissappointing. We have done most city tours and this one was the least informative and friendly.

long waiting times, had to change to another bus and wait about 30 minutes, only 4 languages, advertising is done in 9 languages!!!!!!!

I was in Las Vegas for a conference and without a car so opted for this Big Bus Tour. I met a lovely woman at stop 2 who was a BBT employee and she provided me with some good tips, including at stop 9 (Welcome sign) to go into the Harley Davidson shop while waiting for the next bus. I was able to cool off, use the restroom and get a cold Coke there. The driver told me the next bus would be arriving in 45 mins and I was outside at the 35-min mark but no bus. The wait ended up being an hour and 45 mins! I also wish that the bus would very briefly stop at major attractions so we could take photos but it was always in motion except for red lights and the 9 stops. I understand this would be difficult in some areas but in others it could easily have been done. This would have greatly enhanced the experience!

Nice way to see the city. Disappointed that there wasn’t a live person leading and describing the sites. Recording was very basic and offered very little info.

OK, don’t spend your money on this. There’s plenty of ways to get around Vegas without spending so much money. The tour was really just a recording that was blasted out the loud speakers. The bus drivers didn’t even look happy to be there. I was very disappointed I paid so much and got so little for my money. It was like riding the city bus so you wouldn’t want to pay this much to ride the bus! I’ve taken big bus tours in other cities, and it was definitely worth the cost, but this one wasn’t.

We loved all of the history on our tour. The audio gave our driver fits so he called in tech support & they got it going. Our driver was fabulous!! Highly recommend!!
