Join me on this two hour private boat tour as we ride through Folly Beach's most pristine marshlands on our way to Morris Island. As we cruise the estuary, we will be on the lookout for our local wildlife that inhabit the area including bottlenose dolphins, bald eagles, osprey, pelicans, or a sea turtle. We land at Morris Island where you will enjoy a quiet beach only accessible by boat where you can look for seashells, sand dollars, whelks, shark teeth, and more. Morris island is the best place to take photos of the historic Morris Island Lighthouse. You will have over an hour to explore at your own pace before getting back on the boat for the trip back. This trip is for up to six guests. Trips are customizable to meet the needs of our guests.

Awesome time out on the water! Capt. Jim was a great host. Pointed out several interesting features of the area. We saw sooo many dolphins - highlight of our trip. We stopped at Morris island, walked around and collected shells then saw more dolphins on the return trip. We needed to change the date of our trip and Capt. Jim was very accommodating. We had the boat all to ourselves. It was more like going out on the water with a friend - much better than one of those larger boats with tons of people. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! We had the best time on Captain Jim’s boat. We learned and experienced so much about the area. Saw some great spots with tons of dolphins. If you are on the fence about this experience, don’t be. Just book it! You won’t regret it! Made our whole trip to Charleston/Folly Beach.

Had an excellent day on the water. Captain Jim has a pristine boat. His skill and knowledge of the area was greatly appreciated. We saw dolphins, seabirds and various sea life on the tour. The island and lighthouse were great. We didn’t find any sharks teeth so the search continues.

We have been on several similar tours but this one was our favorite by far! Mr Jim was so nice! The boat was easy to board without having to worry about slipping like on some others we have seen. The seats were very comfortable! We saw seagulls, pelicans, and over 30 dolphins, including 2 that came right beside the boat!! We highly recommend booking a tour with him!

We had the most amazing experience with Jim. We were a few minutes late and he was completely understanding. Plan for traffic. We had no one else on the tour which was awesome and the pontoon was amazing! He educated us on the wildlife, area, and even military helicopters & planes. He checked on us on the island and made sure we were all good. We also got lots of opportunities to see dolphins and take photos. If we come back to the area we will definitely go with Jim again! Don't miss out on this unique experience.
