I was late due to weather condition, I was charged $30 each $15. I am ok with this. But due to same weather conditions boating was cancel but they don’t want to refund, what the hell. They closed office and try to contact but no response. Lady at office was so rude. I don’t recommend. Bus drive/ guide he was awesome, beside that nothing

Sightseeing Cruise experience is very wonderful. Bus operators and tour guides are very friendly! Memorable life entertainment!

On the site it did not mention that there is fee which would be 50% of each ticket price . We had to pay more than 50% of each ticket to change the timings . The tour operator was very rude while talking to you . There was no bathroom onsite and had to run 2 block to use a bathroom at the nearest McDonalds. The tour started ok then the stopped for a place for lunch were there were on 2 food trucks which had only limited items on the menu . It looked like the tour operator had some sort of tie up with these food vendors . We even reported the same to the driver as our kids did not get anything to eat . In the later part of the tour we were dropped for boat ride which was ok. The buses which were supposed to pick up to take us back to office was late by 20mi s. I would not use this tour operator again .

To sum it all up, this tour basically ruined our day in Miami because of lack of communication and poor instructions and English. To start, I purchased tickets online and there were no clear instructions about needing to go into the office and get a physical ticket. The bus driver had to point to the office and tell us we needed a blue sticker. The people at the office did not explain that the receipt they gave me was also the boat ticket for the second part of the tour. We get on the bus and they go in a completely different order of stops from the itinerary. We got to our stop that was supposed to be an hour lunch which was cut down to 30 minutes for some reason. It seemed like the tour operators couldn't wait to get the tour over with. We arrive near the ticket booth for the boat tour and they only let about 6 people off. We told the operator that we wanted to go on the boat tour and they told us to wait for whatever reason. Then they proceeded to drive us to the other side of the boardwalk area and drop us off so that we have to walk half a mile back to the ticket booth. This part made no sense to us because we wanted to just get to the ticket booth since we were carrying a lot of airport luggage with us! Once we finally walked over to the booth they told us we needed a boat voucher, and that the bus driver gave everyone a voucher. We never witnessed them hand anything out to anyone which confused us even further. I had the boat voucher in my pocket this entire time thinking it was just a receipt, I had no idea it was a voucher as well and no one at the boat booth explained this. They told us the only thing they could do was charge us another $30 for new vouchers which I was not willing to do. Had they told me the receipt I got from the office was the voucher then all of this could have been avoided!! We ended up calling customer service and I was hanged up on twice! Finally someone on the phone explained that the receipt I got at the office was indeed the boat voucher. Now we had to wait over an hour for the next boat to show up, out in the heat with all of our luggage. We finally did get on the boat portion of the tour which was cool, but at this point we were just ready for it to be over with and get to the airport. Call me stupid, but good communication and instructions could have made this a completely different experience. Also if the tour operators could slow down their talking and be more clear with their English, we wouldn't have been so confused the entire tour. After this experience we will never use this tour company again!

The tour started out well. Unfortunately our bus broke down on the highway. We were safely moved over to another bus. I commend the company for the care. Afterwards, we were just transported to the drop off site and came back. It lasted less than 3 hours of a 5 hour tour.

I wasn't expecting the boat ride. The city your bus was amazing the hop.on and off to take pictures and time for food. I highly recommend. The boat ride was awesome.

Excellent tour. Best bang for your buck in Miami for sure. We all really enjoyed it. Great time on land and water checking out the beautiful city of Miami. We Highly recommend to anyone visiting!!!

The bus tour of the city was excellent, our tour guide was informative, engaging and a polyglot! we rode through some historic towns (Little Havana, Overtown) and the art district known as Wynwood. Stopped over in Little Havana for Cuban eats and music and enjoyed some of the best Beef Empanadas. However, the tour fell short with communication regarding the boat tour. Our guide went above his duties to ensure we arrived at the marina for the boat tour. The boat tour took us around to view some beautiful mansions of celebrities. After the tour, no instructions were provided with getting back from the marina to the tour bus and once the tour bus came had we not been paying attention to other attendees the bus would have left us. The communication between operators was unorganized. Also bring $2 for the tip for the bus operator as it is paid when returning your tickets. This is the fault of Viator for not adding this fee to the information as Miami Tours (operator) explained this concern to Viator.
