First of all we didn’t have any instructions on who to contact. We reached there we saw several bus tours , we started asking them , they were not help . Then I called Viator then they say did you call operator , I said I don’t have a number for operator . Then she gave me a number , then I called the person , he came and got us into a van . Very misleading , when I saw city tour and boat tour Miami plus I thought it was a bus . Since it was a van we couldn’t see everything well . The van was full . I would never use Viator . No information was provided ahead . We were running around to figure out everything. It should say van tour Miami city and boat . We just drove around pretty much then gave us tickets to the boat .

The day started off good with the guide providing great historical facts about the places. At lunch we were asked to meet back at the cuban coffee tasting spot at 1:30pm sharp, but the guide was 10 mins late when everyone else in the tpur arrived early. After we got going from there there was not as much talking from the guide we stopped at the Wynward Walls, we were given 25 mins to look around I was on my way back before the end of the 25 mins and the driver had already left thinking I was already in the van. I was told he only realised after he went around the block that he forgot me and came back around. Then we went to the bayside market place for the boat ride. After that the guide left us and we were left to gonon the boat ride and thats it. Normally we are taken back to where we were picked up from. The boat ride itself was great seeing a lot of celebrity houses from the water. It got a little rocky when other boats went past us and were well informed by the boat guide. Overall it was good way to see most of Miami in about 6 hours.

Julian was our tour guide and Juan the driver. We drove from Ft Lauderdale for the tour and possibly running late but Julian called us and waited for our arrival. During the bus tour he was very informative about neighborhoods, cultures, and ect.

The road tour was great. Loved all the stops and we had plenty of time for eating and visiting each stop. Loved Coconut Grove and little Havana especially but all areas were great. The cruise was very pleasant but...the boat was overloaded and too many people unable to sit upstairs. It was quite unpleasant trying to move to the bar or the toilet.

Walking around Little Havana. The boat ride was okay, but a little disorganized onboard. People were standing everywhere, and blocking the views of those of us who were sitting in our seats. No one was in charge.

Loved that tour! We went to a few main attractions of Miami and I loved the boat tour as well. The guide was very knowlegdeable as well.

Great guide and small group. Informative. Not great that you have to provide your own transportation back to your pick up.

Very low performance. Meeting point hard to find. Stopping points not the best. Had other tours with read bus who was much better. At the end had to take a taxi to get back to starting point. This was not mentionned.

The tour was good and the places we visited and the times we had at each place were all good. However, the guide was late for the starting pick up leaving us wondering if there was a problem or it had been cancelled. We didn't receive any final confirmation the day before or the morning of the tour like most tours do. Some people who were being picked up at the 2nd pick up point were contacted and asked to make their way to the 1st starting point so they had to get a taxi which then further delayed the trip. The itinerary got switched around and we did the boat trip first rather than go to South Beach but that was ok. The guide never bothered to introduce himself - we still don't know his name (tour date Sat 18 May) and he was constantly on his phone. He did tell us about the areas we visited but enroute to these places he only spoke in Spanish to the woman sitting in the front seat -he never offered any other information about the city. It was a full day tour and we wanted to do a couple of other things in downtown Miami but we didn't get back till 6.15 pm and by then it was too late to do anything else. The tour itself was good and worth doing and good value for money so I would recommend it - it takes the hassle out of trying to get around Miami by car. The guide just needs to introduce himself and engage with everyone on the bus.

Very good tour, it is a nice way to see a little bit of everything if you have just a couple days at Miami. It is climatize so way better than the actual bus
