Chef eric gave us the VIP experience. Some of the shops we went to have Eric specific experiences. They were very accommodating to gluten free guests and coffee alternative guests, as long as you let them know in advance. You get to try several types if roasts and baked goods and learn about the coffee production science and specifics

We had a great time touring several yummy, local spots. Chef Eric was very knowledgeable, and had a good rapport that allowed us to enjoy VIP treatment. The coffee and treats were all amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Chef Eric was super knowledgeable about Seattle, all things coffee and the local market. There's a large selection of coffee and food on the tour and a little history lesson too! The highlight was the Ethiopian coffee ceremony at the end. Great way to explore the market before it gets busy.

Eric and the tour were awesome. I actually wish we would have done this tour our first day in town as it will help guide further tours and experiences. I highly recommend this tour and early in your visit.

Eric was amazing! We had insider access to several small businesses and he was so accommodating to our requests. We learned so much about coffee, the origins, how to taste and describe the taste. It was absolutely great! Some aspects of our tour are exclusive for Eric and his tours, so I highly recommend!

My wife and I took this tour during our second day in Seattle. Our first day was really just an evening, so our exposure to the Market area was purposely limited in preparation for this tour. However, even if you know the market well, this is still a tour you should take. While the locations may change, you start a little outside of the market at an amazing local coffee shop where I had my first ever cortado. I am a black coffee drinker and to be honest, I don't really like any sort of dairy in my coffee, but this coffee was amazing and it was paired with a strawberry scone. We then moved our way down the market area and had an amazing pour over coffee and learned about the process from a local chocolate house that roasts their own coffee along with a savory scone. We had some more local coffee and snacks at a local store, some waffles and Thai iced tea, and finally some legit Ethiopian coffee and food. The stories told by Eric and the others involved in the tour were all amazing and well worth it. You leave the tour well fed, perfectly coffee'd up (I typically drink 2 Americanos a morning / 4 shots of espresso over 3-4 hours and I was perfectly satisfied). During the tour you get some great knowledge, early access to places that are not otherwise open, great food, great coffee, and some time in the market before most people show up. Take. This. Tour. Highly recommended!

Eric was am amazing guide for our coffee crawl experience. We enjoyed the personal attention and explanations about the Seattle coffee scene. Eric also gave us historical facts about the Pike Place Market as we moved between tour stops. I highly recommend taking this tour if you are even slightly interested in coffee!

My husband and I absolutely loved this tour with chef Eric. He was super knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and introduced us to a variety of delicious coffees and small bites; truly some of the best coffee I’ve ever had was on this tour! Afterwards, chef Eric even provided some recommendations for other places to check out while in town. Highly recommend…we would definitely do this again!
