A great day trip down the Ocoee! Our guide Tater did a great job of getting us safely down the river, and for making sure that we had a great ride on a relatively crowded weekend trip (it seems some of the other companies skirted some of the fun stuff). Several opportunities to get out and swim in the quiet sections of the river. Recommend.

We took the last trip of the season. Our guide was Tim. Very relaxed and gave us a heads up on things we would come across. He had forty years experience as a guide and when someone knows their job it shows

Great outfitters and nice facility. Great folks to deal with. Highly recommend requesting Chase as your guide if he returns for Summer of '24. We had a blast with him. He was our guide on the second day when we did the middle only. Tim was our guide on the first day for the full day. Very knowledgeable about the river and knew a lot of the history. Can't go wrong using Quest Expeditions!

First timer here, and I’m not gonna lie, at 62 years old with a sore hip, I was plenty nervous and scared about going. My fear factor started to diminish when we called the office with some concerns about my ability to actually handle the trip, the lady we spoke with put me at ease, and was very gracious. The person who checked us in the next day, remembered our phone conversation, and I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was funny and gracious with us and everyone else that was checking in. Nice clean shop, well stocked with all kinds of gear for rafting needs, including reasonably priced rafting footwear. After check-in, the guides herded all of us cats to a shaded place to give us clear instructions, and gave us our gear which was clean, and in good repair. We all hopped on a school bus( it’s been a long time) and once again the guides engaged us checking in with our various levels of experience, and introducing us to our rafting guide for the day. On the ride to our destination, we could see the river, and some of the rapids too. At that point, my fear factor returned, but once we got off the bus, and met our rafting companions, our fabulous guide Farmer, helped put me at ease, emphasizing our safety as a priority, and giving me the newbie just enough extra help and support without taking anything away from supporting the rest of our group. Once on the water, Farmer was very clear, and descriptive about what’s coming up, and what we need to focus on to carry on. He pulled us together as a team, and this really is a team effort. With a combination of humor, encouragement and real talk about the the level of teamwork required for getting through the next set of rapids, his knowledge of each rock, river bend, and all the rapids, was incredible. As was the whole trip. Dynamic, exhilarating, funny, and yes, sometimes scary, this was truly an experience of a lifetime made possible by Farmer’s expertise, and our rafting companions. Once we got back to the home base the food at the cafe’ that’s there looked really good, but we were too full from the yummy lunch that was provided as part of our trip. But they do sell beer, which really hit the spot after all that fun. Big thank you to the whole Quest team, and huge respect and appreciation to Farmer, and all the guides who truly put our lives in their hands, while guiding us through an experience of a lifetime. We’ll be back next year!!!

These folks are the best! They gave clear expectations, instructions, and were full of bits of history and information. The lunch they served was light, just right to go back on the river. You don't want a heavy meal when rafting this river. Being sluggish in the rapids would not be a good thing! All in all, we had a wonderful weekend!

We went on the full day tour. Chase was out guide and he was AWESOME! He made the trip exciting and fun. When we do this again I would request Chase. We all thank you for a great float!

Great experience with Jared as our guide. He was knowledgeable, fun, and safe. We all had a great time!

We had Big John as a guide. He had 16 years of river guide experience. He was a master of reading the river but also taking into consideration the capabilities of the crew. He explained everything about the river to us and made sure we were well prepared for each obstacle. Since we had a strong crew, he really put us in the "meat" of the river so we had a fantastic time but still got us out safely. The lunch was great and the whole experience was a highlight of our vacation.

Quest is simply the best outfitter on the Ocoee!!! We've rafted with many companies but only going with Quest from now on. Our guide Tal is an expert on the river and he made the day so much fun!!! Everyone at Quest is like part of a big family and we will remember this day for a long time!!!
