Your Itinerary

Pearl Harbor National Memorial

We begin at historic Pearl Harbor where you will experience firsthand the earth-shattering events that catapulted the U.S. into World War II. Join us at the USS Arizona Memorial, a deeply moving and emotional experience where you will learn about the 1,177 seamen who perished when their battleship was sunk during the December 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. You’ll witness the attack in a 23-minute documentary and then cross the harbor to the Memorial in a Navy vessel. At the Memorial, pay your respects to the heroes whose names are etched in marble in the Shrine Room. Look into the water and note the oil droplets – “The Black Tears of the Arizona” – that continue to escape the sunken battleship and rise to the harbor surface. Back at Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, there will be time to visit the WWII museum exhibits and the bookshop.

Ricardo was a great tour guide! Throughout the drive he was able to point out things and give information and history! He was very friendly and made sure we knew where to go for each stop!

We booked the Pearl Harbor/Dole Plantation/Polynesian Cultural Center tour. We knew it was going to be a long day, and it was. Pros of this tour: you get to see a lot of the top sites of Honolulu. Cons: they advertise AC buses- it was not the case. We were sweating so badly in the bus in between stops, it was so hot. The guide Rich was not super helpful. Gave good information on the drive but the stops could've been more productive with some guidance. Pearl Harbor had a lot that we missed, as did the dole Plantation and the Polynesian Cultural center. For the price that we paid (almost $900 for 4 adults), we expected a little more for our money. He also was somewhat rude, making little comments about certain things to us and others in our group. On our stops, we saw other well organized groups and we wished we would've booked elsewhere. We spent a lot of time in traffic, the pickup spot they chose for us was in the middle of the city so drop off at 530 pm was horrendous. We spent hours in traffic. Could've been planned out better. Overall, choose a different tour.

Our Guide Johnnie Aloha was absolutely amazing!! He made the trip worth every minute. He was so knowledgeable and personable and funny. Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, And the Polynesian cultural Center were all amazing! It was an excellent tour.

Vivian_V

The Polynesian Center was really nice. Our tour guide Mike was very experienced and gave a background of the Pearl Harbor and the whole area. I would give a five star review but the food was not good at place we stopped for lunch. You basically don’t have a choice but have lunch at that place.

We rushed through Dole and the trip misrepresented the length of time at attractions. 13 minutes at file and the driver just get kickbacks the way he stops at places to make you spend money l.
