This was the most educational and relaxing experience! Not only are the tour guides extremely knowledgeable, shout out to Mia, but the staff is incredibly kind and hospitable. The salt is DELICIOUS and we were glad to purchase some for home. We were unlucky to experience a broken down vehicle and the staff made sure we were comfortable and hydrated while we waited for our tow. Thank you!

All of it was a threat experience very informative not like other tours that give what is now but the whole history of the area and their challenges getting to where they are and where they want to go awesome speaker conveying great moments in the growth of their dream, we have been on many tours this though not the longest but it was the best hands down

Staff is so friendly and informative. Location is beautiful and tasting was fantastic! Couldn’t be happier!! A must visit!!

Very interesting. Foot soak, although cold was amazing! Something different and educational. Being a couple that lived in Maine and are used to the cold water, it was less of an issue dealing with the cold water foot soak.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Kona Salt Farm! What a treat! We learned a great deal about how the salt is cultivated, the progress and history of the farm and how it supports the environment. Our guide was very informative, approachable and open to answer all questions from the group. We especially enjoyed the salt tasting room! Some very tasty products paired with fruits and veggies! The products are responsibly priced too! Be sure you visit the next time you are in the area! There is little walking and just a few stairs to climb for those who have mobility challenges.

This tour was recommended by a couple we met on a sunset cruise. We were so grateful to them for the recommendation. The tour guide was lovely, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the salt that is being created in this facility. I highly recommend that anyone go to this tour. We ended up purchasing many types of salts made at the facility.

This was a fun and informative place to visit. I liked that our tour guide included some of the history and culture along with the art and science of salt making. The tour included a tasting of the salt which was delicious and helpful for what flavor combo might fit into your kitchen the best. Our favorites were the Orange salt, garlic salt and the Chile pepper salt. Our guide was welcoming and epitomized Hospitality, even remembering our names. Not a Con but worth mentioning is that the drive out there and the approach to the parking lot will make you question if you have somehow wandered off course and into an off-limits industrial area. It's Fine, keep going!
