If Im honest was disappointed with the warner bros guided tour expected to see more of the studio set ups ,sets we saw were pretty run down.. I enjoyed the friends area and some of the other memorabilia. Will only recommend the self guide tour..

MissBehavin1969

I wasn't sure if I wanted to do this tour but my husband convinced me to try it. If I had judged the tour from the pick-up driver from our hotel, I definitely would not have recommended it. Our tour driver, Nick was a sweetheart! Our tour guide on the Movie Star Homes, 'Ricky Richardo' was very knowledgeable and funny. He deserved every bit of the tip we gave him. Kudos to you! Warner Brothers was ok, our tour guide tried to be funny but I feel she fell short of that goal. It was interesting to see how movies were

So well organised and informative. Tour guides were excellent. Did not expect to see so much Friends and Gilmore girls memorabilia.

Good value for the money, WB tour was terrific, had a very knowledgeable guide. Tour of celebrity homes afterwards was anti climatic. Couldn’t see anything, really.

This tour was awesome! We loved Warner Brothers studios. The tour guide was great and was very knowledgeable. It was fun to see how movie sets are put together. We even saw the set of Lucifer. The celebrity homes tour was nice. The tour guide shared so much information. Great tour to go on.

We booked the Warner Bros. & Stars Homes Tour package for Monday 4th November at 12:15 pm. The website states a tour duration of WB 3 Hours and Celebrity Homes 2 Hours. We assumed we would be doing the Celebrity Homes tour first but that was not the case. Our driver handed us a yellow card with a pick-up time of 15:45 pm outside WB which then turned the tour into 3 hours 30 minutes and not the 3 hours website advertised time. I immediately raised my concern with the driver that with the sun gone by 17:30 pm, we wouldn’t see much of the Celebrity Homes and he told us it was nothing got to do with him. Great ! We come back to the Starline Tour terminal to board the next bus for the Celebrity Homes tour and we’re now into 4:15 pm. Our driver Bud introduced himself to us and again I raised my concern and he said not to be worrying that he would make sure to get around the route fast. He proceeds to place his sign behind him informing us that he wants a $10-$15 dollar tip. And then, exactly as I thought, after 5.30, the sun was gone and it was pitch dark. Bud was pointing out houses to us but we couldn’t see anything because it was dark. We couldn’t take photos because it was dark. I shouted this from my seat up to Bud that we couldn’t see anything. He laughed it off but the comment seemed to have triggered something with him because he then began driving erratic. He was speeding down the roads and jamming on his brakes so much so that my neck began to ache from the jerking of his brakes. When he jammed on the brakes after a car came out in front of us, again I had to shout up to him to slow down that he was going to have us killed. Again he laughed at the comment and said he was driving well within the limit which wasn’t true at all. We were happy to get off the bus in the end of sad that the experience was such a let-down. Common sense would have been to do the Celebrity Homes tour first while we had daylight and then do the WB tour. Overall, a terrible experience with a driver who is a danger to customers.

Dodge_Ram3500

The wb tour was great because wb done the tour. The celebrity homes was way to fast and the driver/tour guide talked more about what he has seen in the past so we didnt get to hear about the tour we was on just his life

ALISON_I

Very good knowledge of drivers on both tours, very friendly. You left happy with what you saw and learned

harshinisenewiratne

Enjoyed the tour. Backlot tour of Warner Brothers is excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the Celebrity home tour as well.

FellowTraveler671397

The staff was unfriendly. Thanks to that, I couldn't go to WB tour. Recon Farm is also troublesome. I think it's better to make a guide version for foreign travelers.
