The trip to Hoover Dam is interesting, however, it could have some context during the travel between LAS - Hoover Dam. Just some highlights to those who don't know it and its importance. I'd like to also highlight the importance of the AC on the bus. It was really hot inside, hotter than outside and outside was really hot! It would be also nice if the waters were fresh, like other excursion lines give. Nevertheless, the driver was really nice and it's good to have bottles of water available, even if not fresh :) For me, Boulder City was the best part, but again, someone could advise us what to visit.

The tour brought to light the ingenuity required to develope non-existent technology to build the dam. Also how much was accomplished ahead of schedule by build teams competing against each other. Bolder City was an interesting old town to visit for the hour stop we had for a late lunch.

Pasquale was amazing. Love his hospitality. He was funny and kind. He was also very prompt with his timings and he drove well as well.

The tour guide James, the sights, the stories, the temperature, the sun and the views were all of interesting notes for me.

Had the best dam day with our dam guide, Paulie! Thanks for a great trip! Bus was very clean and cool. A very smooth ride both ways.

The tour of the Hoover Dam was good. The Bureau staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the bus ride was a different story. The bus driver was stern and short to some of the passengers. Some may consider her rude. The bus itself was not in good working order. The bathroom was out of order and the AC vents on one side were not working. The trip advertised the ride and the views that passengers could see on the way to and from the Dam but the bus had the graphics over portions of the windows that obstructed the views. Overall, the Hoover Dam was cool but the trip overall was less than optimal.

The veiw was very nice with a great amount of information about the dam, the people of the time and the projects that were involved

Great time with Paulie. Highly recommend this tour especially if he is your guide. He showed more than just the highlights of the tour.

It was a great ride and we did have a good time on the Bus. The driver was great. Only point was, that the time after the tour into the engine room, which was very interesting, was too short. 20 more Minutes to have a chance to walk the dam and enjoy the view would have been nicer.

Tour was cancelled as the bus broke down. Fine. *Stuff* happens. But trying to get the trip refunded has been terrible. Tour company won’t refund because we booked through Viator. Viator won’t refund because they need to confirm with the tour operator. Terrible service.
