A weather emergency (act of God) shut down NYC occurred at the time I was traveling to the tour. I could not get there in time prior to the scheduled start. The touring company offered me NO refund. The company refused to reschedule unless I paid them another’s %50 fee. Other tour companies take into documented emergencies. I will Lorber book with this company.

We booked this as a recommendation from a friend, and we are so pleased we did. We enjoyed Doug Fox’s deep knowledge, great information and funny asides. We loved all the sights especially the Statue of Liberty and crew members the lovely Dianna was offering to take photos. We enjoyed a welcome drink, and lost count of the many spectacular bridges we went under. You can spend your time out on deck, or inside the boat and they both work really well when listening to Doug’s commentary. We def recommend this tour to all who are visiting as it is a great way to see NYC from the Hudson and East rivers. Liz and Michael Melbourne, Australia

This was a fantastic tour! It was so well-rounded too. Our guide, Doug, was both knowledgeable and kind. He made an effort to get to know every passenger and share both historical and personal stories of the city and its architecture. The boat was well-designed with comfortable seating around tables. Everyone had terrific views with the huge windows to see the skyscrapers and a clear roof for dramatic views of the bridges as we went under them. The tour took almost 3 hours to go all the way around the island, and it was time well spent for us. After visiting NYC so many times over the last 50 years, we thought we pretty much had seen it all. This tour gave us a fresh new look.

Whether you are a local or a tourist, this tour is amazing! Everything is first class — from the guides to the staff to the immaculate yacht— and you will never forget the views. Highly recommend!

I would highly rate this architectural cruise. The boat is beautiful, the service is excellent, the guide was very knowledgeable. We had beautiful weather and we got lots of great pictures. Only feedback would be to have a little more downtime from the guide. He was spectacular, very knowledgeable, but it would be nice to have a few more breaks, and not feel like you’re missing anything if you go out on the deck or want to visit for a minute. My daughter is an architect and enjoyed hearing all the architectural details, as did the rest of us. It was myself, and two of my adult children, and we all loved it. Great job, worth every penny!
