Everything was lovely. Except for our bus ride down to the Everglades. The ac wasn't working both going there and coming back, and the bus was full... making the ride a little unbearable..... really hot and humid. Everything else was wonderful.

The trip was so fun, and I learned much about crocodiles 🐊. And riding a big boat is super fun. I will tell this new experiences to my kids and friends.

Lived this whole experience. Everglades was off my bucket list and the boys and boat trip were fantastic. All staff during each experience were really knowledgeable and good entertainers. Overall highly recommend.

Really was literally a day of two halves. The morning we went to the Everglades. The bus was comfortable, left on time and we were given clear instructions about timings and what we were doing.. I really enjoyed this trip- it was interesting and informative. The second part was the Miami tour and boat ride. The bus was really uncomfortable and no air conditioning downstairs. It might be that I was just too hot and bothered but the tour didn’t have much of interest. The stop in little Havana was good but too short. Minutes after we went to somewhere that looked like a garage. There was food but we didn’t stay long enough to get anything but there was nothing of interest. It would have been better to miss this and spend longer in little Havana. When we got to the boat there wasn’t a great deal of explanation of what we had to do where we had to go and how we were to get back to the starting point. In retrospect we should have just done the first part of the day

Great value for money, especially if time in Miami is short. Everglades were a fantastic expirience (bus had AC) and also city bus tour and boat tour were great!

The first left of the tour was too the Everglades and that was great. The bus was great. There was a 1 hour wait time till the next part of the tour which was the city tour which we didn’t know about. We imagined we’d be on the same bus all day, so that wasn’t explained. The 2nd tour bus got there and was an older one so the inside didn’t have enough sitting nor, did it have any AC. The took a detour to the “hood” to drop off a passenger that just hopped on the bus. Which compromises passenger safety, which added a 20 minute detour. I’ve been on tour buses were at least waters were offered. We stopped in Havana for about 40 minutes, enough time to get water, and a hat. We got dropped off at our next location, Bayside and our captain wasn’t there so they walked us to the dock and we waited around Bayside for another 45 minutes with little instruction. The package said food was included but no food or drinks were provided so felt that was false advertisement. We were also told to pay extra $20 in cash for the tips for the drivers but each driver asked for tips stating that money wasn’t for them and they didn’t know anything about the extra $20 the HQ office on Lincoln was doing. The cruise around the houses was fun and nice. We arrived back to dock at 6:30 and then the bus showed up, but we didn’t make it back till 8 pm which made us behind the reservations at the Gianni we had for 945 pm as we weren’t in dress code. The tour was supposed to be from 9 to 6 pm. It was a very long day. We will not being doing this tour again

I have done dozens & dozens of excursions in my lifetime, several through Viator, the vast majority of excursions are very well organized and executed. This was probably the most disorganized excursion I have ever been on. An explanation of parking options would have been useful prior to arrival. Our party of 7 arrived plenty early. While the wives checked-in, the husbands figured out the parking situation. After a short wait my wife made it to the check-in desk, only to be told that she needed $14 CASH ($2 per person) before they could fully check her in. She had to get out of line, and by the time I arrived 10 minutes later with cash, there was a massive line and the scene was a little hectic. There was no clear direction on what to do, nobody to explain, other people were even asking us what to do. It took my wife a good 20 minutes of waiting in line again (there were several lines, the room was packed) before she made it back up to the counter, by now it was time for the excursion to begin and we were worried we were going to miss it). Only to be told by the attendant that he had no record of us in the system. It took another 5 minutes before they finally figured out that we had been previously checked in and only needed to pay the $14! It seemed as if the majority of the workers did not speak great English, which certainly did not help matters. After getting checked in we were told to go outside, where it was even more chaotic. There were a few different buses parked along the curb, people were milling about confused, no clear instructions from any of the workers. We tried to get on one bus, the bus driver told us (in poor English) we were on the wrong bus and flagged down another worker who escorted us to another bus parked down the street and around the corner. We got on that bus and got decent seats (the best seats were taken). To this point we had no idea which leg of the 3-part excursion we were doing first, we were just happy to be on a bus designated to go somewhere. After sitting there for another 15 minutes with the bus nearly full and a small crowd of confused people standing outside the bus not knowing what to do or where to go, with the workers seemingly also confused on where these people needed to be, a worker boarded the bus and told our group of 7 and another couple to get off the bus. We even asked if they were completely certain, because we didn't want to unnecessarily lose our seats. The worker assured us that we had to get off. The moment we stepped off the bus and others boarded and took our seats, the completely baffled workers told us to get back onto the bus! We took the last few remaining seats, but now we were all separated and the seats were not as good as our previous seats. We departed for the Everglades about 30 minutes late. The Everglades portion went relatively seamless, the workers at the airboat company were organized. Not the best airboat ride we have taken, but it was a solid experience. We returned to the same location to board another bus, this time to do the city tour. We were first in line where the worker told us to line up (we had to ask, again there was very little guidance or direction throughout the day). A line forms behind us. 5 minutes later a bus pulls up nearby, we attempt to get on the empty bus, but the bus driver tells us (in broken English) that we cannot get on yet and that he is going to circle the block and come back. When he returns he parks in a different location and the group rushes over and starts hurriedly clamoring aboard, it was first come first served (no line). Two of our party manages to get on near the front of the crowd, the rest of us are at the back of the crowd. The two grab the front two rows of the open-air top deck and are saving seats for the rest of us. About half the crowd gets on the bus before the bus driver declares no more, the bus is full. We attempt to explain to the bus driver and one other worker that the other two people in our group are already on the bus, and they tell us several times that those two have to get off. But the really bizarre thing was that there were still SEVERAL empty seats on the bus! We had already been bitten once, so this time we argued with them. It made zero sense making those two get off when there were several available seats still, not only the seats they had saved for us, but several other seats as well! We argued for a couple of minutes, refusing to budge, so finally they made five other poor people get off the bus and allowed us on. So very bizarre, when the bus finally left there were numerous empty seats. We sat in the first two rows, and a worker approached us to tell us that we had to pay $5 extra per person to sit in the front row. At that point it certainly seemed like they were targeting us for standing our ground. There were no signs or mention of this front row costing extra prior to getting on the bus! So instead we just moved to some other seats (there were plenty of open seats), and as soon as the worker walked away and exited the bus, other people jumped into that front row for free. The bus took off, and 10 seconds later a large low-hanging branch smacked one the members of our party in the head and knocked his hat off into the street below! No warning whatsoever from the tour guide about the branches! Several people on the bus ducked just in the nick of time before it whacked us in the head too. The tour guide was energetic and friendly, but kept repeating the same information over & over again, to where it became a running joke on the bus. A minute or so into the ride he warned us about the branches--I guess better late than never. I've never seen anything like this, we literally had to duck a couple dozen times to prevent branches from smacking us in the face. Many of the branches were smaller and just would have stung or scratched us as we flew threw them at 25 mph, but literally others were large enough and low enough to cause SERIOUS injury. It was halfway amusing dodging the branches, but on the same hand I was absolutely amazed that this was allowed and not a serious safety hazard. It would just take one moment, one distracted person, perhaps a young kid. Many of the branches were so low that we had to duck completely down to the floor to avoid getting struck, as they branched whacked and pummeled and scraped along the tops of our seats. And only a fraction of the time our guide would give us a heads-up. The plastic seats were scorching hot and burned everybody when we first sat down. The lower enclosed level of the bus had no AC and felt like a sauna, so the upper open-air deck was the only viable option. The tour of the city was OK, not as interesting as other big city tours that I have done. I know our group of 7 was getting bored by the end of it. We made detours because of the Memorial Day weekend traffic, so perhaps we missed some interesting tidbits. They then dropped us off for the last portion, the boat ride, operated by an entirely different group. The majority of the bus occupants got on the next/upcoming boat ride, we barely missed the cutoff and had to wait another hour! The boat tour around Biscayne Bay was decent, some nice up-close views of celebrity houses. But the boat was crowded, the people who boarded last didn't ethane a place to sit! After the boat tour we had to wait another 45 minutes or so for the bus to come back to pick us up and take us back to starting location (where we parked). When it was all said and done, the entire excursion almost took 12 hours and we were hot/sweaty and exhausted. Certainly a decent price for all that it entails, but in hindsight I definitely would not have selected this particular option. Especially adding in the fact of how utterly disorganized it was.

Customer service was so bad. Discirmation was at its best. We were there on time and the tour bus was outside still they have us pay extra $180. When we asked for receipt they wouldn't give us and they only take cash. Later we called to make a complaint they were keep hanging up the phone on us. So Disappointed and wasted my money and extra $180. Their was 6 of us. Terrible people. Cheated so bad. Ripped off. Don't go with them. Not only us several ppl in same bus had this same drama from them..
