Key West

Pick up: Depending on your location this will range from 6 to 7:30 AM.  Make sure you are OUTSIDE of your hotel/pick-up location 5-10 minutes prior to the time stated. Get comfortable while you travel to the Keys and across the Overseas Highway in our well-maintained coach bus with the tour guide speaking about Key West's rich history and culture. Arrive in Key West around 11:30 AM. Explore and experience Key West for 6 hours. See the town for yourself by walking through the streets. Everything is within walking distance! We give you a map of the city so you can handle your way around.  Leave Key West around 5:30 PM and get back to Miami around 9:30 - 10:45 PM (depending on the traffic and the drop-off location).

Seven Mile Bridge

There are two bridges in this location. The modern bridge is open to vehicular traffic; the older one only to pedestrians and cyclists. The older bridge, originally known as the Knights Key-Pigeon Key-Moser Channel-Pacet Channel Bridge, was constructed from 1909 to 1912 under the direction of Henry Flagler and Clarence S. Coe as part of the Florida East Coast Railway's Key West Extension, also known as the Overseas Railroad.

I waited outside of the hotel for 40 minutes in the morning but resulted in a no show. The phone number I left is a Canada number and it doesn't work here. I come to Miami for a short trip so I didn't apply for a local number. The driver called me and of course I could not receive it. And the driver just left! Can't you try a email message if the phone doesn't work? He called me at 6:55 and I arrived at the lobby at 6:56, I saw no one. Thanks God he waited here for less than 1 minute! Fine, be lating for 1 minute is my fault. But when I contact the tour operator why she was so annoyed and rude? She sends me the calling proof and sentenses me a no show, then she just hang up! She doesn't reply any message afterwards! Missing the activity just causes a complete trip reschedule, but the terrible call experience ruined my whole morning.

Very punctual both leaving and arriving, convenient pick-up points, everything went as scheduled and advertised. Vehicle was comfortable for the long trip, good AC, music, seats were comfortable and had charger, bus had two decks allowing for perfect view of the trip. Both driver and tour guide were very attentive, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and entertaining. Strongly recommend this.

I have booked the snorkeling however it was cancelled due to the weather condition. I have called the company about my situation and request a refund. She said she will talk to her supervisor. I have also mase a request about it in tripadvisor and the company have confirmed it within three hours, where I am still in Key West. When I get on the bus, the tour guide told me that he knows the snorkelingis cancelled and he will tell the company to refund me. very responsible! However, I think they can check their bus since I saw there are some reviews talking that they need to change their bus due to some error and I have faced the same situation this morning.

Like the fact I didn't have to do all this driving and that everything was pre-ordered. We had fun in Key west.

Great driver and great guide! Good highlights of good spots by guide. Pickup on time. Smooth ride by driver. However the bus itself is old, phone chargers are not working. The toilet is terrible without any toilet paper and water to wash hands. Only one-stop on the return drive back to Miami would have prevented the constant use of the Bus toilet and the bad odor the people sitting in the back of the bus must suffer for 3.5 hrs.

The bus being hot and breaking down. A/C was not working correctly. Low on Freon. And the bus broke down on the side of the road when he started his second drop off. My wife and I got off and called for a taxi. Taxi ride was $60 dollars. Maybe y’all should be concerned about some type of reimbursement for the taxi ride back to our resort
