Christopher and Tyler were great guides. They took the time to answer lots of questions. They taught us new techniques and made everyone in the group very comfortable with what we were about to approach. I loved that they also offered up a little history of the area too. Already talking about coming back next year. 100% a good time !

Get in the wild was our favorite activity we did on our trip! It was a short one hour and 45 minute drive from Moab to Hanksville, where we met our guide Tyler. From the beginning to the end Tyler was thorough explaining the gear and ensuring all questions were answered. Safety was always his number 1 priority which helped those that were uneasy with heights. Tyler was a great guide. The entire adventure was a blast from start to end! For those that have little to no experience with repelling don’t be deterred. Especially when you complete the waiver as it can seem a little intimidating. We had members in our group with no experience and a little scared of heights and they did our guide did a professional job getting them through the day. We will be back!

Delightful atmosphere, live music the evening that we were there. The food was deliciuos. I had clams in garlic broth, the best I have enjoyed in ages. The wife had a juicy burger with fries. Add a cold beer and it is all you could want. Oh.... the prices were very reasonable as well.

A grand adventure with Chris and Tyler at get in the wild!! You guys are awesome. What a day. I felt safe but full of adrenalin. Then exhausted with a margarita at Dukes after!! Thanks a bunch. Oh and for those reading- Safety is number one on their list. We felt totally in control but with enough adventure to s physically stretch our abilities.

Great day out with Tyler at Robbers roost. It just challenging enough to keep it very interesting but not overly challenging for me with my dad bod and my 15 y/o son. Tyler was great, giving us instructions, and keeping us safe and comfortable. The views were fantastic and we got some great photos. It was an experience we will both remember for a long time.

Three days of high adventure with great guiding, exciting routes and challenges that tested our edges (and wore them down in some instances - backpacks get pretty thrashed on the canyons, as do knees and elbows if not padded up). We finished our tour tired, sore, happy and looking forward to the next outing with Get in the Wild!!

An incredible experience start to finish! Adrelin- inducing, awe-inspiring once in a lifetime adventure. Our guide Will was the very best - experienced, extremely safety conscious, and after two days felt like our best friend. DO IT! BOOK IT!!

In previous years we had taken guided canyoneering trips with various companies. A year ago we decided to take a canyoneering course with Christopher and Get In the Wild Adventures to actually learn the techniques rather than just following behind a guide. The course was fantastic and we learned a ton. There was a gap in time between the course and when we had a chance to go on our own, so we went again with Get In The Wild on a private course. After that we went canyoneering on our own and had a fantastic time. This season we took the Pot Hole Escape course, which was also great. Christopher and his team of instructors/guides are awesome. Highly recommend them if you want to take the step from following a guide on a day trip to actually learning canyoneering skills.

My son and I booked a day long Canyoneering adventure into Robber’s Roost. Met our guide Logan in Hanksville and drove out to the canyon. After a short, strenuous hike we started our descent. Logan was a great canyoneering instructor, providing clear, concise instructions. In no time we were rappelling down through a series of canyons. At no time did I feel unsafe. This trip exceeded my expectations and I look forward to doing it again.

I had another phenomenal 2-day trip. This time I got to bring some of my friends and family on their first canyoneering trip and they had a blast. Christopher is a wonderful guide and teacher. I’ve learned so much from him on my trips with Get in the Wild. Exploring the canyons with him is one of my favorite Utah experiences, and I’ve learned so much about canyoneering from him. One of our days, Shane guided us. He did a wonderful job too teaching people through their first canyon and demonstrating safe desert hiking practices. I highly recommend traveling with Get in the Wild.
