Takes too long to get going! Second half is fab and the cast have amazing singing skills. However first half was too much dancing around with no real purpose behind it. We sat in row G in the upper circle and had a good view. The theatre itself is really immersive and has a great set

Was looking forward to this show as I’ve seen a fair few London theatre shows but this left me very disappointed indeed. Our seats in row N were ok but my god is was extremely stuffy and hot in the Theatre and I was not the only one who struggled with it after talking to some other audience members near us. The opening song of the show and the encore at the end were the best parts but that’s it. Some of the actors just tried too hard and just overacted to the point it just oozed stage school level . The music…again trying to jazz the show up using up to date songs that just didn’t work and no refinement when the cast were singing any of it. Adding so many pop songs into the mix ruined it for me personally. Compared to other shows I’ve seen this was amateurish which for a West End show at the Piccadilly Theatre was hugely disappointing. I’d even go as far as saying this was the worst show I’ve ever seen here in London’s West End. There’s many more shows out there where your money would be better spent that’s for sure.

It is a great show, excellent acting, singing and choreography. We had row C seats so up close to all the action. We booked the package with the ambassador lounge and drinks.

Went with my older daughter yesterday and could not say a bad word about the show, we sat in seats k22 and 23 and had a fantastic view of the stage . The show was amazing from start to finish , the cast were all brilliant the music, stage and costumes were faultless the time flew by we will definitely see this show again.

Make no mistake, this is a good show and the staging is spectacular. However, it is not without fault. Some of the acting is a little bit "stage school" not helped by a weak and poorly crafted script but the music carries it. The cast are generally very good but I couldn't help thinking that some of the lead characters came across as a little "forced", and over exaggerated particularly the roles of Zidler and Christian, the latter having a very good voice but seemingly very loud or soft with little "in between" vocal range . The female lead however was clearly a powerhouse with a wonderful range. The support cast were particularly good. The first half tends to drag a little and is slow to develop but the second half grabs your attention and carries you through to a truly moving conclusion.

Form the moment we arrived, about 15 mins before the show was supposed to start the cast came out creating an atmosphere. The sets were stunning and the cast, amazing. Had such a great night

The stage was beautiful and most actors were phenomenal. However during early May 2024 the main actor Christian was played by the understudy whose performance was amateurish to say the least. He was constantly out of tune and, in my view, did not have any chemistry with the show. I also noticed several other people complaining about him during the break (and asking why Satine didn’t prefer the evil Duke instead!) Unfortunately this brought the whole show down, and was unfair on the other actors who were very good. Satine, the Duke and Harold were just outstanding. Attending such shows in London one expects the very best especially given the high ticket prices. On this occasion it was a disappointment.

A very good experience. The usher named Charles helped me with my access card tickets, escorted us ro our seats and made us very welcome.

Wow. What an amazing show! The production was beautiful, the cast worked so hard with their beautiful voices and fantastic dancing. We sat in row C (stalls) and I felt I was in the actual show. I had a few tears as it was very emotional and I felt the actor who played Christian (think it was Gavin Ryan? 4th May evening performance) was amazing! Wouldn’t want anyone else to play Christian. I felt all his emotion. Would happily watch this again!

What a fabulous show. From begining to end amazing voices, dancers everything magical. Even champagne bars in the auditorium! Felt like being in the club!
