City tour was good. Drive to Nasa felt tense. Driver not confident with the motor ways. Would have been good to have more time at Nasa. Not enough time to do anything

Such a fun way to see houston, grafitti and places to go. NASA was an unexpectedly cool to explore too! The hosts/tour guides were super nice and friendly top! 10/10 would recommend.

The city tour was an excellent introduction to downtown Houston. Finding the meeting place was simple and well signed. Inside we were welcomed by really friendly staff and given our space centre tickets. A small cafe served reasonable coffee (sorry guys - yet to find coffee in USA up to Australian barista standards!). The gift shop had a great range of Texan souvenirs and memorabilia. Our tour driver was fantastic, providing interesting commentary about the history and development of Houston. He made opportunities to slow down wherever possible at points of interest. A great introduction to the city. We then moved to a separate shuttle to the Space centre which I have written about elsewhere on Trip Advisor.

A fascinating close look at all that space exploration I grew up with; the Saturn V was amazing and took me back to watching a small B&W TV in primary school as Neil Armstrong stepped onto the moon. All those school space projects and excitement was mirrored by all the school groups eagerly looking around the exhibits that reach into the future and their future. The training facility tour was unfortunately too short. It would be amazing to be able to access a small group tour inside this facility. Everything was well run and catered for big numbers very well. There was good variety for food options and the washrooms were clean.

This tour was fantastic! Ben, our tour guide, had us laughing and entertained the entire time! The city is Houston is beautiful and Ben was very informative on its history and art! Had a great time with my sister! Thank you, Ben and Yolanda! NASA was awesome and we were given 4 hours to do our own thing.

I did the tour that includes the City tour and the visit to the NASA visitor center. The City tour was very good, since they take you by bus to the most important areas of downtown and the guide is very entertaining. However, I am not happy with the visit to NASA since the company sells you a ticket that includes 2 free tram tours inside the visitor center (which are the most entertaining activities inside the visitor center). However, once you arrive at the visitor center, all the tickets for the tram tours may be sold out and you may not be able to access them, even though you have your ticket that the tours include. The response from the visitor center was that it was not up to them and that we should have reserved entry to the tram tours in advance, even if we had the entry provided by the company. When we spoke to the company Houston City Tours about what happened, they washed their hands and their response was that they were only in charge of taking us to the visitor center and nothing else, that they are not responsible for us being able to access the tram tours (a although the price of the ticket they sell includes the tram tours). Therefore, they are selling something that is not real. I insist, they are selling a ticket that includes some tram tours and then they cannot guarantee that you can access them. Therefore, my recommendation is that you only do the City Tour but that you get the entrance to the visitor center directly on the visitor center website.

The Houston city tour was nice. However NASA, which was the entire point, was a bust. Had we known there was a possibility the tour(s) included in our ticket would be sold out by the time we got there, we would have never bought this package. We would have just gone to NASA when it opened. Instead we never got to see either Mission Control or the Astronaut training facility. It was an ENORMOUS disappointment. And no where on the ticket did it say tours being sold out was a possibility. Viator needs to put that disclaimer in so people can decide whether they want to gamble on the tour or go themselves. Hugely disappointed.

Enjoyed the shows and the training center. Being able to go inside old planes was great. Seemed dark inside

Interesting city tour, but arrived at NASA space centre too late to take one of the tours as it was fully booked for the remainder of the day. Possible option would be visiting space centre first then having city tour afterwarda

Fabulous, welcoming family run business. They made the day fun and very informative. We would recommend doing the city tour so you get to know how great( not boring) Houston is.
