The tour guide (Jonathan) was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and remembered everyone’s name (all 14) and called us by name throughout the tour. The ceiling story was great about the constellations and the dirt on the ceiling was interesting. Definitely recommend and we’re native New Yorkers.

Very Interesting to learn more about Grand Central and New York City - John was a wonderful guide and provided interesting facts and antidotes

Great tour. Tour guide was very knowledgeable, a lot of interesting facts about Grand Central itself. I definitely recommend going on a weekday so that you can go to the oyster bar as well. Costs a bit more, but worth it.

I thought it was a good tour overall, but thinking back, I think it was a little light on actual factual content. For one thing, the guide never said anything about the actual architecture or the architect of Grand Central Station.

Tour was very, very interesting, 👍 Jonathan is a wealth of knowledge and interesting tidbits about GCT! He was very energetic, engaged, and super passionate about his job! He remembered everyone's name and where everyone was from. Tour went about 20 minutes longer than expected, but no complaints. Definitely recommend! Kathy, Connie, & Bruce

Absolutely amazing walking tour of Grand Central. Our guide, Richard, was fantastic. He knowledge of the history of both Grand Central and the Vanderbilt family was tremendous. He made it fun and interesting, plus was willing to stop to answer questions. The Tour did a great job of taking us different areas of the station, even the tennis courts - who knew!!! Highly recommend Untapped New York, if possible ask for Richard as your guide. And I understand he also does a fabulous tour of NYC Gilded Age.
