This service has diminished greatly. Disorganized and there is no support whatsoever. They provided the wrong car on the transfer to the hotel and on the transfer back the driver fell asleep at the wheel. I tried to contact them to no avail. Avoid this one.

Horrible, I booked I typed all the information it asked for .where I wanted to be picked up and the hotel I needed to be taken to and paid . Later a while in the plane I get a message saying that I needed to pay more because ? I sent messages back no reply for a while , I called talked to you guys for 1 hr then u conference call me with the person from the car company that was very rude to the me and your employee. I asked for a refund still waiting. All of this after a 6 hr flight waiting at the airport for 1 hr. I had to book with some else that could actually take me to my hotel. You guys have the wrong price quote and didn’t not help me resolve the problem you created

Late, non working A/C, Low Fuel lights flashing . We had to stop to get gas on our way or wouldn’t have made it to our destination. Car was nothing that was advertised on website, not even close . Paid $ 180. For 30 mile trip that was unnerving and it was Mother’s Day just myself and daughter. I will never use this company again and would be very careful about booking.

I did not use your service and your greed charged me anyway. Already explained my story to customer care and they did not care. The booking was cancelled within minutes of being made because it was made in error. The booking was done from a plane 1 hour before landing while showing a passenger how it could be done.

Our booked car service was not at the airport as the app stated when reserved and I did not get an email asking me to contact the car service until the day we flew from Michigan to Hawaii (two flights = 11+ hours with no cell phone service in the air). Once at the airport, we waited at the designated area with our luggage and there was no one. I contacted the phone number on my reservation confirmation to be transferred a few times and then learn our hotel was not located within the price listed on the app that I received a confirmation for. I was told that I would either need to pay a much higher fee, or contact Viator directly to cancel. After being up for almost 40+ hours without sleep and flying for nearly 11 hours, we were very disappointed.
