My husband and I took the 11:00 am tour on the 18th with Issac and had a wonderful time! Issac was a fantastic tour guide. He communicated with us the morning of so we would know how to locate him. He was very knowledgeable about the area and went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. We booked the drink package as well and weren’t disappointed. The brisket from Pecan Lodge was incredible but we enjoyed all of the stops and I had a hard time picking my favorite. I would absolutely recommend this tour and you will be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t tour with Issac. Thank you Issac and we will look you up the next time we are in town!

We're locals but despite having visited the Deep Ellum neighborhood several times, each location we went to on the food tour was somewhere we hadn't been before, which was a nice surprise. Isaac is a very personable tour guide and we felt like we were in good hands the whole time.

This food tour was great! Isaac was a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, and he gave us lots of good tips on other places to eat in Dallas afterwards. The restaurants we visited together were delicious and felt like a Texas food experience. I would recommend for sure.

We enjoyed this food tour of Dallas and agree that the brisket was the best we ate in Dallas. We had some carne tacos on ours which were also very good. Overall I would say the food we had on the tour was great but not of the best food tours we have ever had. We liked the walk and agree it wasn’t too much although it didn’t seem the street was too much to look at. We also had Elizabeth as our guide and she was great putting up with all our annoying questions. She had an answer for everything. Overall I would say this food tour is worth booking. Also definitely recommend upgrading to the drink package. The drinks were really good at this location.

Elizabeth was absolutely charming. She gave us a good history of Deep Ellum. The food was outstanding. Our favorites were the chili, pie, and secret food.

Excellent food tour of Deep Ellum with Elizabeth. She was extremely patient (and enthusiastic) as we were a full group of 12. The food was typically Texan and enough to keep me full til a late dinner. Would highly recommend.

Good food and company. Elizabeth was knowledgeable and easygoing guide. Four hours is a stretch - tour really only takes 2.5-3 hours.

If you are in Dallas I would highly recommend this food tour. Our guide Elizabeth McCullough was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area. She was very personable and answered all of our questions. The brisket was the best we had ever eaten. There was plenty of food and was very filling. The walking part was easy and we are in our 70's so don't let that keep you from booking this tour. We DIDN'T do the private tour.
