The experience was amazing and the staff were all really awesome! Fair warning - it was bumpy getting out to the reef and people were a bit sick. I am 27 weeks pregnant so couldn’t take any seasickness tablets but the staff were lovely and really accommodating. If you get seasick, sit at the back of the boat outside from the start of the trip as it was so much better than sitting inside. My husband did an introduction dive which he asked to do last minute which they accommodated easily and he loved it. The snorkeling was also amazing. The water was a bit rough and wavy but we still saw a lot of fish and a turtle! My husband saw a white tip shark while on the dive which he said was really great. The lunch looked really nice - I didn’t have any only because I didn’t want to push my luck and get too sick for the boat ride back but by all accounts it was tasty. The staff were really friendly and made me feel really comfortable even though I was feeling sick on the way there. The boat wasn’t as bad on the way back and a lot of people weren’t sick compared to on the way out. Definitely book this trip. It is worth it!! My husband took some seasickness tablets before we went and he felt fine the whole time so don’t let the reviews of the rough waves put you off but just mentally prepare for a bumpy trip out.

AMAZING cruise. Staff were all helpful and very kind. Ride was pretty choppy on the way out, but staff provided sick bags and complimentary ginger tablets and were overall very helpful with anyone experiencing sea sickness. We only went to one reef, Flynn Reef, but went to three different sites on the reef, and all were completely different, so definitely didn't feel like we missed anything. We are certified divers and did the three dives. Our divemaster Marcos was absolutely incredible, he was very helpful in and out of the water and was funny and kind. He spent time with us out of the water and tried to make sure we saw what we wanted. We saw sharks, stingrays, beautiful fish and coral, and so much more! Lunch was delicious as well. Boat and associated facilities were great and we always felt safe in the water even when choppy. Back deck of boat got a little crowded, but nothing obnoxious, just a little tight at times. Other than that, everything was absolutely incredible and myself and my friends would absolutely go on this trip again.

old couple snorkelling and scuba diving for the 1st time , (67 & 61) , staff were really great , had time and patience for everyone irrespective of ability , and as we are not strong swimmers a guide physically led us out on the 2nd snorkel trip over the reef , so we could enjoy the experience fully . What a beautiful place. AND at the heart of it safety was always their priority . Can't thank and praise them enough.

The journey to the outer reef was choppy and rough. The crew were attentive and caring. Puke bags on hand and always ready to attend to sea sick passengers needs. Their attention definitely made the challenging journey much more bearable. The service crew is top notch. The crew pay much attention to safety. There were safety briefings for each of the 3 sites, with staff informing snorkellers what to look out for, enriching the experience. My wife enjoyed her snorkelling. Despite having to repeat multiple times, I observed that my dive guide, Sho, made it a point to explain to different language group of divers at all 3 sites. He made it point to be inclusive and looked out for divers he was leading while diving.

Amazing tour! We saw turtles, sharks, stingrays and just about every fish we could think of! Lots of time at each reef and beautiful coral. Felt very safe even though the sea was quite rough. They offered pool noodles and life jackets for those who needed. The staff were FANTASTIC and very knowledgable and clearly love what they do. The lunch was good and they even served tea and cakes in the morning and afternoon on top of this. The only downside (and I feel this could not be helped) was the intro dive that we had. This was due to a woman in my group really struggling and not being able to cope and having to constantly surface. This meant that our time in the water was largely reduced compared to other groups (we had under 15 minutes under the surface) and we had to stay linked up the whole time. My intro dive was free in my package so I wasn't too fussed and I had done a dive before, but I think if I had paid the $80 I would have been a little miffed. However like I say Im not sure how else they could have done it and it didn't ruin my day at all.

Really enjoyed my trip on the Silverswift. The trip out to the Great Barrier Reef was very rocky and lots of people were getting seasick, however, the staff dealt with this really well and they clearly had lots of experience. They were helping people to the back of the boat so that they could feel more comfortable and frequently going round and checking on everyone. Additionally, they provided sea sickness tablets. We were brought to 3 snorkel spots which were all great and given a briefing at each spot about where the best places to swim were. We saw a turtle on our tour and lots of fish which was also great. The buffet lunch was delicious and the portions were very generous and there was plenty of food to go round. There was also coffee and cake so we never felt hungry.

Awesome combination dive and snorkel trip to the Great Barrier Reef. First dive stop wasn't great, but second and third were fantastic. Saw sharks, turtles and stingrays. Visibility was great...15-30 meters. Snacks, coffee/tea and a good buffet lunch included. The crew and dive masters are fantastic. They treat you like an adult, but are quick to help when you need a hand. 1000% glad we went on this awesome trip!!!
