Fantastic views, worth a couple of hours. Waitress staff a tad annoying. Sat at window table, shortly after arriving waitress plonked Table 6 Reserved notice on turntable and walked off. No explanation! Went to bar and asked her from when is it reserved...from now...why? Reserved for our elite customers...surely a competent member of staff would have put out said notices before the place opened? So we moved tables...not happy.

The view is stunning, nice bar. However we had trouble getting tickets online. It said 1:15. Sold out. So we had to kill a couple hours for the 2:15. Then we find out that we could have got tickets at the lobby along when we arrived. Frustrating. Tried to call but never could talk to a person.

The view from here is much better compared to Space Needle. You can have a stunning 360-degree view from here. I truly suggest to visit this observatory when in Seattle.

Seeing the 360 degree view was fantastic and helped us to understand the different parts of Seattle!

Great views from the top, higher than the Space Needle. It was not crowed at all so we got lots of great photo shots.

With good teenage photographers in tow, we were looking forward to taking some awesome photos of the city. We went in the evening and it was a complete waste of time and money! The elevator takes you to a large circular room with windows; however, the overhead fluorescent lights were all on and the reflection of the lights on the windows made it impossible to not only see, but to take photos. We were told the bartender (by the way, very unimpressive bar/eating area; more like little cafeteria tables) would dim the lights. So, we asked. They dimmed the lights for literally 15 seconds, and turned them all back on. Frustrating experience to say the least. It's probably a totally different experience if you go during the daytime. but I recommend, don't go at night. Also, unlike the Space Needle, there is no outside balcony. So basically, you're just at the top floor of a commercial building. Suggested improvements: low lights at floor level so you don't get the reflection on the windows.

Beautiful view and no wait on Dec 30, 2023 None of the Interactive touch-screens were plugin or working. We upgraded to the Elite Experience with $10 voucher + Reserved Window Seating but seating was always available and the gift shop was a joke.I do not recommend to pay for the upgrade. The place was not as clean as expected and it had an odor in some areas. Good overall but don't waste your money upgrading to the Elite Experience.

I searched for space needle tickets and this came up. It was deceptive advertising. I got to the space needle and had to pay again. I have reached out to you to ask for a refund or at least a credit and I’ve gotten nowhere. It’s been terrible to deal with!

Rizza_M

Easy check in. Just showed them a barcode. It wasnt a lot of people on a sunday. Its more chill than space needle. Couldnt see mt rainier. Great value!!! Could see the entire city! All enclosed no outdoors.

I was unable to go because we were dropped off at wrong location and couldn't get there in time. I tried to call but there was no answer. Then, I was turned over to an answer machine and I left a message about what happened and I never heard anything back.
