Children under age of 5 years old not allowed on board boat as passengers or snorkelers due to insurance restrictions.
All persons participating in snorkeling must be able to swim. Non- swimming persons will be allowed on the boat as a passenger with purchase of the snorkel ticket but will not be allowed to get in the water.
All persons participating in snorkeling must be able to climb ladder to come back on board vessel after snorkeling.

“I wish you could hear me giggle under water.” - Me to my husband on the boat ride back from snorkeling at John Pennekamp State Park. Joel & Lucas from the PKSP Dive Shop were awesome. My husband and I went out snorkeling on the trip offered by the state park and had a great time. We saw a turtle on the boat ride out to the reef and tons of fish when we were snorkeling at the reef. We had to leave the keys the next morning or we would have stepped it up and gone scuba diving with them.

Captain Mike was a great navigator. Boat was in great shape and comfortable. Plenty of snacks and drinks.

We booked this snorkel trip through Trip Advisor. 2 of the 3 in our family have never Snorkeled. Our experience started at check in, the lady that checked us in and gave safety briefing (don’t remember her name) was awesome! She was very welcoming and informative, I figured at that point we were gonna have a good trip. Upon boarding boat we met Capt. John and Emily, I particularly enjoyed Capt. John’s dry sense of humor and made the several more safety and instructional briefs enjoyable, Emily jumped in and helped with some humor as well. They were very attentive and helpful as us new snorkeler’s entered the water and gave good tips on how to navigate flippers, mask and noodles. Boat was clean and in good mechanical condition as well as being a Catamaran hull made ride very smooth and comfortable. Overall, a very good and enjoyable trip and would recommend them for snorkeling trip

This was the highlight of our Memorial Day weekend family vacation. First time visiting the Keys and our first time Snorkeling. Perfectly clear waters this day and we were able to see a Manta ray, tons of fish, stingrays, sea turtles, and some amazing coral at Dry Rocks and Horseshoe reef. Captain Mike and Emily were VERY professional, informative, entertaining, and most of all, gave a feeling that we were in good hands and safe the entire time. Couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon and have zero complaints. Our 11 year old son says it was the best time of his entire life. Thank you again to Capt. Mike and Emily for helping us create lifelong memories!!

My fiancé and I decided to get out of town and go to the Keys for the Memorial Day weekend. We decided not to bring our boat, given it was going to be such a quick trip. Once we got there, we wanted to do some snorkeling and I remembered John Pennycamp offered it. We did the late afternoon snorkel on the Encounter with Captain Joel and first mate Lucas who took especially care of us. We enjoyed seeing a lot of wonderful ocean life at the reef which included very large tarpon as we started out, conchs, lobster, varies snapper, stingray, parrot fish, eel, shark, barracuda and much more. On our way back we got to enjoy some music on the bridge with the captain. He kindly gave some of us the opportunity to play captain! And we still made it back alive.. lol We also got to see a sea turtle on our way in. I highly recommend this trip!! Thanks for making our quick get away so memorable.

You will have the absolute best time, it was so nice, my wife and I went two days in a row. Captain Mike is awesome! Cold soft drinks, chips and water are available for you on the boat. Rays, turtles and many fish will be seen! Killian is the dive specialist, he is amazing as well. Great atmosphere and will be well taken care of. I highly recommend it!

Laid back and relaxed. Captain and crew were extremely helpful. Saw lots of tropical fish and coral and a sea turtle and ray were seen by some. Chips, cold soda and ice water were there for our enjoyment. Music was playing as we snorkeled. Very organized with safe sunscreen for the coral, quality fins and snorkel mask. Highly recommend this fun company. Thanks Mike and first mate!

Great day snorkeling! We set out on our 3 hour tour with Skipper Mike and crewman Killian, they were friendly and very knowledgeable about the areas we were snorkeling. We saw a lot of beautiful sea life and loved being out on the ocean again! I would definitely use this outfiter again!! Whole staff was friendly and great from the time we arrived until we said goodbye. Thank you for a wonderful morning tour.

We had a beautiful day on the water. The waves were 3-5 feet so a few travelers were not prepared. The reef was full of life; we saw sharks, rays and an abundance of fish. The guides were super friendly and gave clear, easy to follow instructions. The boat had extra gear, sunscreen, noodles, snacks, water and clean water rinse for cameras. Our group size was around 30, about the max I would want to be with. We had a great time.

Our Captain Mike and his crew Emily and Sara were all amazing! They were very knowledgeable and the reef was beautiful. If I could do it again I'd choose this tour every time. Thank you guys for a great adventure!
